Wichita Brewing Company Production Facility

I wanted to love this place but I wasn’t impressed. The ordering system is a mess and doesn’t make sense. The food was okay, but nothing special and small portions. I will give credit to the staff, they were very friendly.

I think it is still new downtown, but it was completely not a smooth process there for a dinner because they only serve drinks at the tables. The waiters are told not to take food orders or even bring the food to the table. It was not set up for the wait staff to make decent tips because they have nothing to do with food service. It really needs to work out a lot of issues.

It was opening day today, so I ate dinner here and had a blast! Morgan was my server and she did a great job. She recommended that I try the BBQ pizza, and it was very tasty! I also had the house salad and the WBC beer which also turned out pretty good. I even took some pizza home for tomorrow.

Great local Brewery!

Waited over an hour on a 30 minute wait time. We were 3rd in line with enough empty tables to seat us all. Got told it would still be another hour.
