Um, so does wingstop close at 11pm or 12 am? Cause I pulled up at 11pm tonight after a long flight and why were all of the employees cleaning and staring at me like 👁👄👁?... Since the sign said they closed at 12 am I thought appearing at 11pm would be fine especially since I had really been craving it😭but I didnt wanna disturb them since it looked like the kitchen and open signs were closed down. Tbh im not trynna sound like a big back or hater at night but man I really wanted my wings with ranch, i had to go over to Canes since they were still open ( but it did not hit the same😭💔!!) Anywaysss can someone lmk if they changed their hours??🤔😫

I mean the food is really good. But I went to go pickup my online order inside and the employees were cussing loudly at each other, no one greeted me. I was very taken aback by the behavior of the employees right in front of a customer.

I go to this location about once a month and tonight when I got my voodoo fries they were literally potato wedges. It’s like the quartered the potato, threw it in the fryer for 3 minutes and called it a day. the fries weren’t even cooked all the way through. i’ve never had this problem before but i know multiple people who it has happened to tonight! disappointing.

Frankie’s, customer service is unmatched. He literally made me believe he loves people and his job. I’m currently sitting in the lobby observing him take orders, deescalate, lead the cooking line, call out orders, stay organized, use manners, continuously providing good customer service. Blown away. Good job! Glad to see this happening in this store!

First time being here. I waited an absurd amount of time. I tried a variety of flavors, but the one I liked was garlic parmesan. Korean BBQ flavor was ok; I expected better. Hawaiian flavor is not good. Lemon pepper is terrible and really salty. Even the brownie wasn't very good, but my kid liked it.
Just ordered a full family meal and watched them make the entire order without even thinking about using gloves. They would grab the bowls and have their thumbs all inside touching the sauce and wings, then go touch the fryer and paper and boxes, and it was an endless cycle. this white guy with a pony tail who was working there didn't wash his hands once the entire time we were in the store and didn't even think about touching a pair of gloves.

Stephanie is the best employee at this location. I appreciate her hospitality and her customer service is always a 10 out of 10. Most of the other employees are very disrespectful and they don’t even acknowledge people coming in the door. If she is not working I will not order from this location. She needs a raise and a promotion to manager.
