food is good, but i had one problem. i doordashed one of the boneless meal deals and when it arrived i got atom sized boneless wings. this has never happened before and it felt like they purposely did it because i got so many wings.

This is the worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. Employees are super apathetic. If you make it through the wait and staff, the food is pretty good.

Walked in the place was empty. They told me they were not allowed to serve us unless we wanted to wait for forty five minutes because they were behind on online orders. I asked to speak to someone and they said we don't have general managers.I asked for a district manager, they told me he doesn't answer his phone. Needless to say we left... 💯 trash service.

Really dirty, ie overflowing fountain machine straw trash overflowing. Napkins. Receipts. Food all over the floor. Tall black guy working stares at everyone refuses to speak or smile. Ordered 15 wings I got 1 flat. Super over cooked and small. Awful.

placed an order at 11:52 order said it would be ready at 12:20 and showed up a little late at 12:35ish. Told them we had an online order and they checked the doordash section, we weren’t there. We sit there for a good 15 minutes before we go up and ask about our order. Tell them our name again and they tell us we weren’t even in their system, show them our receipt, and they try to make us get rid of our order and order something else, without a refund. they finally actually checked their system, and looky there, my order is right there and they start making it at 12:52. ranch was great thoigh

From the time I called and placed an order person very rude and could hardly understand him. The only person I would give any credit to was a black lady who acknowledged me and very nice. The wings were way over cooked and very skimpy. For the price we pay for items these days it should be perfect. First and last time with Wing Stop.

Worst location in history. Service sucks place a To go order 7 hours in advance get here and told there are 30 orders ahead get the French out of town ain't no way 30 orders were place before mine. Then if they say oh we will refund your money they never do so you have to file a chargeback maybe if they got their hands off each other and stop picking their noses they could get orders done.

Went in to pick up a doordash order and the manager (older woman) was extremely rude. the staff weren’t too bad but specifically the manager. She was yelling at staff and making rude remarks in front of customers and raised her voice at one over a free (i believe employee) drink. Will not be picking up at this location again and i urge others not to as well.

I'm really disappointed with this location again. The other day they closed an hour early according to the hours that are listed on Google. Hours listed are 11pm closing but went by at 10pm and they were closed. Also, we went in a couple of weeks ago, and they wouldn't take a to-go order about 45 minutes prior to the posted closing time.

terrible customer service. asked a question and got backlash in result. while waiting for our food they were making tiktok’s in the back room. food was spicy when it was not supposed to be, fries were drenched in salt and were soggy and hot. the bathrooms felt disgusting and the floor everywhere was slick. I felt like i was going to slip and fall. it was cheap but not worth the $11 dollars. worst experience ever.
