Ladies at the front are rude and unprofessional.
Edit to add, the wait time I was given was inaccurate and it took 30 minutes to cook my food.

My husband and i wanted something quick to eat, and we decided to get some wing stop. Placed our order at 7:22 today and the app said 21-26 minutes. So estimated time was 7:43-7:48. My husnand texted me when he got there around 7:53 saying there were a lot of people im the store. He texted me at 8:22 saying they still werent done with our order. My husband got home around 8:40 with our food. Im sorry yall but we shouldnt have to pay for food that is essentially an hour over the time we have been quoted. The time frame was completely incorrect. Im not sure if the quoted time takes in to account how many orders there are, or if the location is understaffed but it needs to be updated to show accurate times. If it did, i would have never ordered and paid ahead of time. I would like a manager to reach out to me for a refund. If i dont hear from someone i will reach out directly to any information i can find. I feel this is a reasonable request. I dont want anyone to get in trouble, i just dont feel i should have to pay for the food after an hour over the quoted time. Thank you.

I am only giving three stars because of the manager he handled the situation properly The employees there act like 10-year-olds I was hung up on and then I was insulted however when I finally was able to speak to a manager after calling back the second time he handled the situation great thank you to the manager who worked the night shift tonight. Just want to add that I feel sorry for any manager that has to deal with employees that act plain dumb.

I would deliver enough totes of salt to block all the doors, and the entire parking lot if I could, because someone there poured enough salt on every piece of food in our order to kill a billion slugs. The entire order for the three of us was destroyed with extra salt poured upon everything so maliciously, no one could eat any of it! Whoever did that will eventually enjoy the treatment they deserve so badly! As long as I live, I will never be that dishonorable! If you aren't ashamed of yourself yet, shame will befall you eventually!

This place is terrible for service. I’ve ordered multiple times from this place and have never received my order or ended up having to cancel our order due to us showing up at a scheduled time and still having to wait over an hour for food for it to still not be done. I’ve ordered delivery multiple times and never received it due to the driver cancelling for wait times or miscommunication on wingstop end and never received a refund on any of my orders that were never delivered. I’ve called and spoken to Antwan and he continues to say he processed the refund for it to never be refunded. As tonight I’ve ordered and never received my order and have been on hold for over 40 minutes now. Please get it together because the food is great I just wish I could receive it. But at this point you’ve stolen $75 from me for multiple orders that haven’t been received.

These people forget the veggie sticks on delivery orders every single time. Tonight is the third order in a row. We even ordered extra in hopes that surely they won't forget more right? Wrong. Absolutely wrong. And you can't even get a refund through the app when they mess it up, so you are wasting money. Get better. 😡
We came in on 4/8/25 and had the best service and quality we’ve ever had at a Wingstop. The tenders were thoroughly sauced, the service was so kind, efficient, and the gentleman even showed us a coupon to use on our next order.

My friend and I ordered a wingless dinner online, and we had a set time at 8:45 that we were supposed to pick it up. We got there a little bit early, never got a confirmation that our food was ready by email or in person, and our time passed. When asked twice, we gave them the name that was under for the pickup and then waited another 20 to 25 minutes, and then they asked us for the name again, and we gave them the name, and it was sitting on the waiting bench for the whole time that we were there and waiting for our food.
Poor service, You guys need more structure.
