Went to Wingstop about 10 minutes before closing, and they straight up refused to take our order. The employees were rude, cussing at us and saying they were already closed even though it clearly wasn’t closing time yet. We wasted our time driving there for nothing. Terrible customer service — if you’re going to close early, at least change your hours online or treat customers with respect. Definitely not coming back.

i’ve given them many chances and tried to be understanding but almost every time i order from here it’s always missing something, usually it’s minor so i let it go, but tonight you guys forgot my whole meal, i ordered two combos and only received one, that’s VERY inconvenient and VERY annoying.
i now do not get to eat, its not that hard to get everything in the bag, i work in the food industry, this is just someone not paying attention to what they are doing.

I know they receive so many orders, but everytime I come to this location(that definitely today is the last time) everybody waits for an hour or more, and yes! They have many orders, but they're always talking and playing, they always have friends visiting them at work and start talking to them instead of preparing our orders. Also today a saw they were sneezing, putting their fingers in their mouth, and touching money then just continued to touch our food without washing their hands, totally disgusting.

I live on the opposite side of town, but was staying with family over the weekend. We all decided to do wingstop pickup and came to grab it. The gentleman was sooo kind, he was sweet to my daughter and made the experience although quick so enjoyable. The one I usually go to over near maple and ridge is not nearly this nice of people working. The food is delicious, everything was there we had ordered. Definitely recommend!

Employees have absolutely no clue what the hell is going on at this location. This place is a complete joke. Ordered a $70 online delivery order, stupid driver never showed up, and no one wants to help, how the hell do I get my money back???

My husband and i wanted something quick to eat, and we decided to get some wing stop. Placed our order at 7:22 today and the app said 21-26 minutes. So estimated time was 7:43-7:48. My husnand texted me when he got there around 7:53 saying there were a lot of people im the store. He texted me at 8:22 saying they still werent done with our order. My husband got home around 8:40 with our food. Im sorry yall but we shouldnt have to pay for food that is essentially an hour over the time we have been quoted. The time frame was completely incorrect. Im not sure if the quoted time takes in to account how many orders there are, or if the location is understaffed but it needs to be updated to show accurate times. If it did, i would have never ordered and paid ahead of time. I would like a manager to reach out to me for a refund. If i dont hear from someone i will reach out directly to any information i can find. I feel this is a reasonable request. I dont want anyone to get in trouble, i just dont feel i should have to pay for the food after an hour over the quoted time. Thank you.

I am only giving three stars because of the manager he handled the situation properly The employees there act like 10-year-olds I was hung up on and then I was insulted however when I finally was able to speak to a manager after calling back the second time he handled the situation great thank you to the manager who worked the night shift tonight. Just want to add that I feel sorry for any manager that has to deal with employees that act plain dumb.
