I’ve been to this location several times, each time I was satisfied or had my issue resolved. The service I received today from the two men behind the counter was great. I placed my order online it was ready when I arrived 25 minutes later. My order was exact and I will return to this location in the near future. The atmosphere could be a bit cleaner but I also under the demands for customer service and food preparation. The old adage is that “…you can get more bees with honey…” if you are kind to workers you will get that in return. Best Wingstop in Wichita!

The wait time to pick up orders was astronomical. 20+ people in the lobby waiting for their orders. I had 3 Uber Eat orders and they couldnt even get them out together. I get that they are busy on a Friday night but some employees seem to be running around not knowing what they were doing, arguing not to do fries, and standing up front because that was their position. Another employee had his pants sagging down below his bottom and when he bent over to get items from the freezer you could see his boxers in their entirety. I used the women's restroom and someone had used drugs in there. A syringe in the trash and a plastic baggie tied in a knot in the toilet. SMH improvement is needed. It was a disaster!

Poor customer service. Could hear the dude call me a “cracker” to his co worker in the back, just for asking about my order after 30 minutes!! The chicken wasn’t even cooked!! Poor food quality How is this place still open??

The employees at this particular location look & act like kids. I am sorry to say they did everything wrong today, they couldn’t take an order, it took me forever to be able to pay for my order after multiple mistakes 🤦♀️ … when I finally got home discovered my order was missing wings and 2 orders of fries. I Was To tired to return to store and pick up the rest of my order, but I definitely won’t be buying from this location.

Omggg! How can you be so dense? I ordered a 10 piece w/fries veggie sticks a drink I called that order in when I went and picked up my order and came home about 8:30. I looked inside the bag and realized I didn’t receive the veggie sticks. the fries were almost burnt. The food was cold. The service is terrible. I will never go back to the Wingstop on Seneca. The manager wasn’t helpful. you can tell she was young horrible horrible service. I see why your rating is a 3.5.

Just did a pickup spent over 40 dollars and the fries were old and ranch had chunks in it! Very disappointed! Food is already expensive the least you can do is make sure it’s safe to freaking eat !

Waited 45 minutes for food, when they gave us out to go order, we opened the bag and the fries were in a basket, not a to go box and all the wings were cold. Employees and management at this location need replaced or a refresher class on appropriate workplace conduct and speech. Another customer came in while we were waiting because they got his order wrong 3 times and a woman with bandaids all over her face and long nails with no gloves on came from the back and said , what’s up?, when we finally got our food we complained to the manager that we just spent $50 foot cold food, he said sorry…

On the doordash app it MAKES you choose a dip for a tender combo meal. Yet the store never gives the ranch. This is the second time they've forgotten. Even on the receipt it says RAN. For ranch. By the looks of other reviews, they've gotten stingy over their ranch for who knows why.

They always manage to mess up the sides? We don’t ever get any wings just sides and they somehow always give us the wrong seasonings or forget something. Everytime we go here they mess something up even when they’re not busy.
