Food was not the best. Which I would kinda expect if I got the food within 10 mins or so. We waited 20-30 mins. Which was alot better than the first time I had came here over a year ago. Was hoping they got better. All in all I it was ok but I already had low expectations.
Main part that really bugged me was the music they were playing through the restaurant. Lots of cuss words and things I dont want to be hearing while I am sitting with my 9 and 11 year old kids for dinner.
Ordered at 6:53pm for one meal. At 7:50 it was finally ready. This is 95% of my trips to wing stop. They could care less about service and customer satisfaction. I don't think I've ever been able to identify a manger at any wing stop. This is probably the root of their problems.

This place should be renamed “Wing stop whatever you're doing for the next hour.” As I’m writing this, I am now 35 minutes in to waiting for 4 chicken strips and 8 wings. I keep hearing the shift lead talking to his team about “just keep it up this has been a very busy Wednesday” which good on him for being a good leader and motivator, but have you never heard of parcooking wings?
Edit: 40 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food and walked out the door. Absolutely ridiculous. The food was also just ok. I’ll try one of the other locations next time I need “quick” wings.
