Took forever to get our food. Mind you, we did order 4 full meals, but to take 30 mins is pretty lengthy for just wings and fries. We dined in and the restroom and dining area were absolutely filthy. There were 3-4 employees who all seemed to be dragging their feet. With a line of people looking like they were on their lunch breaks and equally annoyed. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Got the 10 piece classic definitely not worth $13 30 minute wait time the flavor was good but the wings were dry over cooked definitely won't return Walmart has better wings

They take forever getting the food out to you. They are all just standing around in the back talking and none of them are working. Terrible place to come too. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

The new manager that started at the west 21st st location today was super sweet. She was willing to drive my order to me after door dash didn't. The fact that she was willing to go out her way to make things right, is greatly appreciated. Big shout out to the manager!

This place sucks. Never going there again. I got fries and hot honey chicken and the fries tasted like water, and the hot honey wasn't even hot honey. The lil bratty girl up there was sassy and she had some attitude. And they said they “fixed” the drink machine and guess what. It came out as carbonated water and I wanted root beer. Do better wingstop. Do not ever come here looking for nice food and service.

I just called to ask about dietary restrictions and whoever answered the phone was so rude. I asked if they knew if the chicken was halal or if they knew the brand of chicken. I was told the brand and then hung up on before I could even respond.

The help there wouldn't get off the phone to take my order, said they was trying to complete an application for someone over the phone. One of their friends. The place stunk like rotten eggs and sewage. The food was just ok nothing special by no means. Not saying I won't go to Wingstop again but I definitely won't ever go back to that particular one
Placed an online order for $85 worth of food. Got home and our boxes of wings and voodoo fries were just plain fries and no wings. We live twenty minutes away and I was recovering from a treatment at the cancer center two days before, so I didn’t have the energy to return. Reached out to the company and received no response.
