MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED ON OCTOBER 2. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND. IT'S NOW THE 13TH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.

Extremely frustrating experience. I placed an order through DoorDash and the app somehow used the restaurant’s address instead of mine. I messaged the driver immediately with my correct address, but they refused to change it and told me to cancel and reorder. I called the restaurant and they refused to reroute the order. Now I’m waiting on a refund and lost the food/time. The system allowed the wrong address and nobody took responsibility. Very disappointing service — poor app controls and unhelpful staff. Fix your process or I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Arrived at 5pm for dinner. No customers in restaurant, 4 staff standing around the front counter and was told it was a 20 minute wait. Didn't stay.

I had a couple issues with this store every time I go. 1. Employees are always off doing anything but their work. 2. Either coming or going, there are usually a couple employees outside smoking weed. And that makes why this store is always slow on service. 3. Bathrooms look like they’re never touched by cleaning supplies. Flies hanging around every corner. It’s nasty. And for 4. It’s not unusual to hear employees being rude to other employees, especially when they claim to be super busy.

I am done coming to this store.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

I wanna know what’s so hard. Everyone in this location is the laziest, slowest, employee I’ve ever seen. Standard wait time is 20 minutes even if the store is empty because no one has a sense of urgency.

This was our first time eating at wing stop.
The wings were not the best I’ve ever had. I felt like they were like too greasy and the seasoning was barely on them. My finance loved the Korean bbq sauce tenders.
Fries were okay. I’ve definitely had better.
However their service was absolutely the best I’ve seen or had. Honestly I feel like their service was better than some restaurants I’ve been to.
So great job in the service department.
