Hell NO NASTY AND WAY WAY WAY GREASY, stay away from this place, the food is substandard at best, employees are rude.
Their chicken and fries are soooo good and so many sauces and flavors to choose from.
two of the three times I have come in the order has been wrong. the food is about a two out of 10 Stars. the time they take to fulfill the orders is almost like a sit-down restaurant time. I give them a total of two stars out of 10
I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.
Garbage food! Especially your tenders! Just FROZEN garbage tenders from one of the big food service companies. If HARDEES can make a decent tender why can’t you?
Ordered a 50 piece lemon pepper wings. We received wings with feathers still all over them. Fried up feathers. 😳 Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store. Horrible customer service. Didn't do anything to make it right.
we spent $45 from Whipple location Hayward and requested well done received the order over cooked. Because I had no way to return the food they would not refund…
Very nice cashier and staff. My order was fast, hot and accurate.

Ordered online and was quoted 16-20min. Took at least 45min (hence 1 star reduction). As I was rolling into my garage telling my daughter never again, I was hoping the food was garbage. It wasn’t garbage. It was the opposite of garbage. It was delicious. Skip the carrots and celery (I’m wondering if this is what took so long - they were huge chunks cut with a knife - not like BWW or just stick with celery. It was fine). The wings and fries - they were delicious. Another guy told me to plan on 45min in the future, which I will do. The employees were courteous enough. They were super busy.

Dear Mr. wingstop,
I am writing this letter as my eyes are filled with tears, it feels like my whole world is falling apart & you are to blame.
One cannot simply eat wings without ranch, & the fact I am expected to do so really isn’t fair.
I hope this letter really shows you the pain I am feeling from not having ranch.

The employees here absolutely suck. I ordered online, and then I went to pick up. I was told, "we're just waiting on fries." After standing there waiting for about 10 minutes , I went back up to the counter and the staff was standing in the back and the one that was supposed to be working the front couldn't look up from her phone. The other woman in the back came up and called several names on orders that had backed up (there were now about 6 people waiting to pick up orders) and walked away without handing them out. I hollered at her to give me my food that's been sitting there getting cold while I've been waiting for 10 minutes. She told me it wasn't her job because she works in the back.
While I was in there, 1 employee getting off shift passed me and they both reaked of weed as they walked by. I don't usually come here to post bad reviews, but after this experience I will never return to this location. Given they already have bad reviews, I hope they get better management and hire better quality employees.

I have been a long time orderer of WingStop. However, there is a problem almost every time we order. The service is terrible. Last time we ordered our food we never received the food and the order got cancelled after we waited for 3 hours. We tried to call and ask about the situation, but the staff hung up the phone on us and was unwilling to help even though they still charged us for no food and no service. Very disappointed with this store.

Waited 1 hour with 8 other people. They kept saying they didn’t have the chicken but kept taking orders. Never apologize and ignored everyone.

Laziest workers out of all the Wichita wingstop locations, the person working the front ignored any attempt at polite conversation, the employees drug their feet doing anything, the person reading out the order names mumbled them before immediately putting them on the rack without looking to see if anyone responded the the non audible order callout. Over all the food was meh the service was terrible. Go to a different location.
Update: Fried were completely unseasoned and when my fiancee (a wingstop employee) went to ask about it the front worker threw the old fries away, grabbed a new Bach, and put maybe a pinch of seasoning on them, which is not how they’re supposed to season fries. Overall the front worker was needlessly rude. Everyone has bad days but don’t bring your bull to work. I will not be using this location in the future.
