This place is a joke, does not answer phone calls, ordered a chicken strip combo for delivery and didn’t even get my chicken strips and called multiple times (trying to place the order and when trying to get in contact to get the order fixed) and nobody ever picked up the phone.

Asked for hot honey rub and got everything but with a big side of attitude. Currently on hold for almost 15 minutes when asking for my refund so I can go get my food from a better location. After trying to give me two wrong orders of plain wings just ended up drenching the plain wings in hot honey rub seasoning (RAW SEASONING). Tried to eat it and it was disgusting. Could only take two bites.

I ordered a Delivery order and they gave me the complete wrong order. I tried calling and one person came to the phone and put me right on hold. I waited and nobody came to the phone.

I am not from town i come from Texas and compared to previous wingstops this one is the worst. For one my order didnt get completed correctly, then the order that i did get tasted foul. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

The service is terrible. My delivery order wasn’t complete. I tried calling the store because I ordered through Wingstop app. Not DoorDash. I called and was asked to be placed on hold. I was on hold for 22 minutes so I hung up and drove to the location I ordered from. I asked to get a refund and for my card to be recharged- that way I can take off the delivery fee ($2.99) and the $5 tip. I was told I would have to call DoorDash. I went to my DoorDash app and there are no recent orders. BECAUSE I ordered through the WingStop App. I was told to wait 8 mins for the rest of my order. I was not compensated for any of their mistakes. Employees do not go out of their way to make the situation right or even just to make sure they win back my business. The employees just don’t care. They are too young and just act like they don’t want a job period. Go home and be lazy, not at the work place. While I was waiting in the lobby area, the phone was ringing constantly. They would answer then ask “can I place you on hold” then they proceed to never get back on the phone. I just don’t understand other people’s work ethic. Awful all the way around.

The Delivery order was wrong. I was planning a romantic lemon pepper wing dinner on valentine's day. Smh. The way my stomach acid works I can't do Habenero wings. The fries were cold and the corn was hard to the touch. Never had a problem with the west location...?. Wing stop selling people this product. I'd rather eat the bag!

I help with door dash, when I go in there just one employees I see do this but when an order for door dash has a soda she has them go get the soda, I believe this is wrong. I did not order anything, I'm there to deliver so why is it okay for me to get the drink? The other employees get the drink if it's for door dash, it's only one employee that I see that has door dash get it. I understand that customers buy so makes since they get their drink but door dash shouldn't have to. Thank you

Not sure what all the fuss is about from other reviews but I have always had great customer service and food when I order. Never had inpatient service and I understand it gets overwhelming because everybody wants to order but thank you for the team that you are and the service you provide!

Today I got an online order, and when I showed up, they didn't have it ready, nor did they end up receiving the order. They looked at my order confirmation and quickly hooked me up and got my order out fresh and quick. Very happy how they handled it!
