Came in on Sunday around 1pm, waited over an hour and felt ignored or forgotten about. Saw various other customers receive refunds. After you order you must pay and instantly decide tip before even receiving the food which is usually not a problem, but now I deeply regret tipping. Hoped to dine in-house but was given my food to go. I ordered 1 extra egg in my dish but did not receive.

I’m being so for real when I say this place sucks! The food isn’t terrible and I’m be generous saying that. But the people there are what make it a place I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Ordered food over an hour ago and they are “still making it”. My dasher was awesome. Sent me a picture of 5 workers standing around doing absolutely nothing. Honestly if you’re thinking of eating here. Think again please I beg of you. For your own sake.

Food was good, nice selection and tasty. Portions are a pinch small so get a couple of appetizers and you'll be good. Seating is minimal and service was the bare minimum so I'd get your order to go.

While food is great the lighting at night is too bright! I hate brightly lit restaurants! Gotta try spicy edamame!

I ordered a beef dish, but I’m pretty sure someone Googled “Japanese food” five minutes before cooking it. The flavors were so off, it felt like a parody of a Japanese meal — like what a vending machine in Ohio thinks Tokyo tastes like.

The beef was bland, the sauce confused, and the whole thing lacked any real identity. Honestly, I think a gas station teriyaki bowl might’ve shown more cultural awareness.

Yokohama looks the part, but once you get past the surface, it’s all sizzle and no soul. If you’re craving actual Japanese food, keep looking — or book a flight.

I really enjoyed eating here! Ramen had lots of flavor and was great! I had plenty of leftovers, enough for lunch the next day.

The brown sugar boba is amazing the pearls are super soft.
The Ramen, we got black garlic, curry, and regular tonkotsu, delicious and full of flavor all around.
Sorry for the single chicken wing they got at right instantaneously.
Can't wait to come back

The food tasted good. It was not particularly spicy despite the fact I ordered Spicy Pork. My disappointment was in paying about $13 for a meal that could not have contained more 1.5 or 2 ounces of pork. A few small bits of pork about the size of a nickel is how I would describe it.

TLDR: Beware it is now a plastic Teaspoon Ramen Joint

Used to love this place, I was stationed in Japan for 2 years before coming and it used to be so similar, I don’t know if they are under new management in the last two years but it’s barely a step up above instant ramen now, the broth was bland, the meat wasn’t seasoned and all of the vegetables toppings seemed like they were from yesterday and reheated in a microwave. Additionally they don’t have bowls or silverware anymore, that’s not to bad I guess but it is a horrible experience imho, especially when the spoon they give you to eat ramen with is a fricking plastic teaspoon

Makes me really sad, I have always looked forward to it whenever I come back in town. Won’t be going back since I can get the same experience out of a microwave.
