Everytime I come here to splurge for myself once in a while, it's always clean. Staff is really friendly, and I get my order in less than 5 minutes. Probably one of the best places to eat in Wichita, the Boba tea is delicious, and so is the Tempura
I don’t understand what happened to this place, it use to be amazing and the service was top tier. Now it’s pitiful and very ill serviced. My experience with this specific location has left a bad taste in my mouth that only the food made me forget about. Waiting for food that I ordered for 30+ minutes?! Watching people who ordered after myself get their food was actually unacceptable and infuriating. I feel insulted. On top of that, the cashier had zero awareness. He proceeded to read his manga book and not even attempt to check on me while sitting waiting on food that was now cold. I waited almost an hour for food that should have made it to me. The order was placed at 2:56pm, I didn’t receive my food until 3:47pm. He needs to be terminated swiftly as the pages of his manga he was reading. I will be speaking with his higher ups.

Love this place!! Good menu if you like ramen, and some nice choices if you don't. This location gives you the food in the to-go containers already, which works just fine for me. Love the murals inside, too.

Usually go to the other location and I have never doordashed from here before until today the rice is smushy and cooked with too much water so it’s not even grains of rice it’s one mass of spongy rice . The chicken was a waste of money 95% of my chicken cutlet was tissue and fat deep fried total disappointment had to spit it out so now I’m left with this heap of inedible rice quality of meat has gone down but didn’t think it was this bad only highlight is I ordered myself boba so I guess that will be my meal
This place has never blown me out of the water. Food is decent, but not overly memorable. Honestly, I mostly come for the boba. Minimal seating.

Wouldn't recommend.I tried two ramen dish and two appetizers. The appetizers were good, the ramen was mediocre at best (it sucked). The menu pictured all dishes served in real dishware, however, the food came out in styrofoam. Overall, not great. I won't be returning, I recommend that no one else does either.

Went here with a friend today. They gave use our food in To go box's instead of din in bowls. The person who I think was suppose to be a waiter just stood around and did nothing but flirt with the cashier. I ordered a mango habanero and it tasted like they forgot the spice. When we asked If they had any sauce to spice it up he gave us seracha. If I knew I was going to be serving myself and cleaning up after myself I would not have left a 20% tip. This place made me want to just go to the asian market and buy raman in a cup and cook it in the microwave.
Very small inside, heat does not work, not very clean. Food looks exposed to the air leaving ingredients to dry out. The broth that you add to the bowl was great but the ingredients were not. The egg was brown and frozen in the middle. We are from out of town and have ramen places that are MUCH better. Maybe the people of Wichita are easily impressed by this place because of the options nearby but reviews were pretty good but I was shocked! Not somewhere we'd try again....we asked for a refund and of course no manager was available so they left a note for the manager to refund when she goes back...

Incredible team who is so helpful for a first time customer. I typically go to Jinya but after my last bad experience there I checked this place out and I am so glad that I did! Recommend take out because it’s a little small inside but exceptional service and food!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian ramen options and a section of the menu is vegetarian friendly

Interactions with the cashier/order taker left me feeling unwelcome. Cool little pace. And the food was just as described. I would have given 5 stars. But the portion wasn't as filling as I would have liked. It's about $15 a person with tax and tip.
