Today was our first rough experience, hubby and I came in around 1300 for a late lunch. The cook came out to grab a beer, the other waiter is sitting having a nice lunch, a shot and a nice cold beer. Not sure if he is on a lunch break or off but pretty shocking half the employees are drinking while this poor young lady runs around helping us and others… I don’t find it settling to watch the employees drinking. I feel her having to run around like crazy made her a bit rude....read full review
Man, I was really hoping for more. I’ve heard such great things about Ziggy’s but my experience was not great. The pizza lacked sauce, the cheese garlic bread lacked cheese. I don’t understand how it was so bad when everyone raves about this place. Hopefully, I just caught them on a bad day but it certainly wasn’t a satisfying dinner.
We’re regulars at Ziggy’s West. We love the food, service, ice cold beer and various adult beverages. The only requests I’d make would be an update to the ladies room (sooner rather than later), having the Mac Attack pizza as a permanent menu item and adding a year-round seafood anything to the menu. If I could demand anything, it would be to bring back Cinna Bites. We’re all suffering. Total noodle of a decision to remove them from the menu!
