Great little place! Food was great as well. Only complaint was the portion size of the sides. A+!

Cute town. Nice people. I don’t care for the tomato based BBQ sauce. But the ribs are good enough to eat dry

First real BBQ place I ever ate at, and I still remember it clearly 25 years later. No frills, just a slab of amazing ribs and couple of sides. I was staying with friends in another part of the state and they said I had to go while I was on my long drive back to Canada. Legend was Johnny Carson sent his jet to the local airport to fetch BBQ for his parties. No idea if that was true, but it's a good rumour to have about a business!

Guy & Mae's has been around forever, and awesomely famous for their "fall off the bone" ribs. BUT let me tell you their sandwich menu is to die for! Piled high and the most tender meat ever! You won't be disappointed!
The price is beyond reasonable; two sandwiches, two sides and two beers for $30! Great atmosphere as well and the staff was more than accommodating, providing quick service and delivery as well as making sure we were happy with our dining experience.

Ribs were good. Other meats ok-ish. Sauce was kinda like a marinara not BBQ-y at all. Not at all what we expected with the reviews.

Down-home bar with great food. Ribs are super, potato salad so good, beans & cole slaw way better than basic. Just damn good BBQ. We were a big group-8-and we called ahead to reserve slabs. We enjoyed 3 slabs. Good service. Just off I 35.

Best to get there early on the weekend, it’s a destination spot for motorcyclists.
The food is excellent and the service was fantastic. Our group consisted of 15 people and we had an awesome time. Not one person had a negative comment.
