Ordered 2 pizzas to carry out. Waited out in the parking lot and never left. They said they would call or text. Watched them bring an order out to another car right next to us. Waited almost an hour before having to go in to ask and them telling us our food was done yet nobody let us know. The food wasn't even hot anymore.

Their employees are a prime example of why fast food workers deserve minimum wage. Their cooks can't get a 4 topping pizza correct, and their drivers don't understand what a no contact delivery is. Then when you call to complain, the moron on the phone can't comprehend how to pull up on order history.

Ordered through the app. Order was marked as delivered on the app but was never actually delivered to my address. I repeatedly called both the Winfield and ark city dominoes and no answer. Both stores were listed as still open on Google maps. I've never had anything like this happen to me before.

For the first time ever as a customer, the food was fair at best. The Exxtravagza was not as pictured, quite less food than advertised. The crust was tasty as well as the limited sauce. The toppings were very sparse. I tried their new loaded tots and they were mediocre. They were very greasy but on the tasty side. The person taking the order was being distracted obviously. I had to sell their food to myself, she didn't offer any suggestions. Probably not a return customer....
Tried the Mix 'n Match $6.99 each: Pasta Primavera, Family Tossed Salad, & Chicken bites w/bacon, tomato, cheese. Everything was FRESH, colorful, appropriate temps, flavorful. I appreciated them calling to make sure I was on the way to Carry Out my order. The Store appears clean in spite of being so busy. Guessing good training on Food Safety & Sanitation! It matters.
