Usually don't have problems. I placed an online pickup order to pick up, got to the store and they couldn't find my order. After showing them the app tracker says it was ready they admitted to loosing my pizzas. They did offer to make it again, but I asked for it to be canceled, they agreed and I left. The next day I was charged $40 for the order. After talking to the day manager she said they were supposed to refund the money and add 2 free pizzas to my account...3 weeks and 4 phone calls later I'm still waiting for a refund! Haven't ordered from there since.

Food is always amazing but the night manager has poor leadership skills. Everytime I pick up my food she is yelling at her coworkers and being very rude to them. Just sad to see others being treated like this. Teamwork is big deal in a business like that. Other than that no complaints

I've eaten many pizzas from different places in my almost 70 years, and Dominos is the absolute best product and price wise. And the people at our store here in Winfield are the absolute greatest! I've only had one thing go wrong in 2 years here and it was taken care of pronto!! I highly recommend them.

Ordered 2 pizzas to carry out. Waited out in the parking lot and never left. They said they would call or text. Watched them bring an order out to another car right next to us. Waited almost an hour before having to go in to ask and them telling us our food was done yet nobody let us know. The food wasn't even hot anymore.

Their employees are a prime example of why fast food workers deserve minimum wage. Their cooks can't get a 4 topping pizza correct, and their drivers don't understand what a no contact delivery is. Then when you call to complain, the moron on the phone can't comprehend how to pull up on order history.
