I really hate to do this. Gambino's used to be a wonderful place to eat. Not anymore. Ordered a large mobster w/no mushrooms and a Carryout salad. I arrive to the restaurant. I go over to the salad bar. No eggs, broccoli, cheese, okra, potato salad, and the rest that was there looked to be there for awhile. I ask a guy if they have cheese or eggs. Repeats to me eggs and cheese? I said yes. Guy goes and gets a bowl of cheese and dumps it in the plastic container on salad bar. Then takes the container and comes back with eggs. I grab my pizza and leave. Go out to my vehicle. Check the pizza. MUSHROOMS EVERYWHERE on the pizza. I look at the ticket. It even says no mushrooms! I go in, and Payton is on the phone talking to a buddy saying "you going to come by or not?" Continues this conversation all the while, I'm standing there. FINALLY he puts his "buddy" on hold. Then asks me what he can do for me. I show him the pizza and tell him it wasn't supposed to have mushrooms, and it did. He says, "Oh we have some new guy, not the one there now." Goes back and talks to a kid and tells him to remake my Mobster with no mushrooms. Payton disappears while the other guy makes the pizza. Meanwhile all these orders are just sitting at the end of the oven waiting to be cut. Phone ringing, no one answered. I WILL NOT be back here!

Gambinos couldn’t get an order right even if they tried. Every time I have ordered something has been incorrect, on top of that it has all been substandard.

We made a order on 8/14/24 at 7:31 and it was post to be done at 7:51 . I arrived at the store for pick up and they haven't even started cooking it yet. He said it would be another 8 to 10 minutes. And they are not busy at all.

So disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant! Everything was sticky and gross. Fans have so much dust we were afraid it would get in our food. And this was before the lunch hour. Oh and no ice for the drinks bc the ice machine was broke. I really don't want to know what the kitchen looked liked!

We went in for the evening buffet with plenty of time before it closed down. There was a beef Pizza, a meat lovers, and a few pieces of chicken bacon ranch. I asked prior to ordering if they were putting out more pizzas. I was told yes, so we went ahead and ordered. The only thing that was put out was another meat lovers Pizza. I asked if they were going to be putting out a dessert pizza, again I was told yes. I had to remind the worker three different times about a dessert pizza, and it wasn't until the delivery driver came in and I told him I was waiting on a dessert pizza to be put out before it was even started. When I go to a buffet I expect to have some variety to choose from, and I should not have to leave a buffet hungry because there's nothing on the buffet to eat. (We were not the only customers eating the buffet). If the prices are going to continue going up there should at least be some quality to the food and what you get, not fewer pizzas and choices. Very disappointed. Gambino's you need to do better.

No one came to check us in,,, I HATE seeing this :( I have owned places in this town, it's a good town, is this owner fault??? Or employee's??? It was sad ? I've heard not 1st time :( ? please fix this... We left!!! Their were people waiting for food to be put out.. Nothing u would want on table :(
I will be watching for changes. I know I am not the first someone has promised to tell the owners... Your in a small town that doesn't work. Fix the problems. Ask for help! Don't let it get so bad no one will go in... Their are clubs, neighbors, busines oriented to get advise... you have to reach out not just say I'll tell the owner... I will be happy to delete this when it starts being fixed. A even little sign saying your still there good start... it says VAPESHOP!!! WHY??? & open might help... That brings people back but buffet may need to go and let people just order off simple menu... Be Good like reallly good! Hope it helps...

We went here today, and it was a waste of $30 for the buffet. My 86 yr old mom wanted variety for her Morher’s Day lunch, so we chose Gambino’s. We were greeted with music that was absolutely profane with several f-bombs, until they switched to country music halfway through our meal. The lettuce on the salad bar was very wilted and brown. I asked for fresh lettuce, and they finally replaced it. There were two pizzas to choose from, one calzone, a pan of cheese sticks and a smattering of pasta. Dessert pizza never made an appearance. The Dr. Pepper was out, and the diet Dr Pepper looked like dirty Sprite. This was not a good experience! I should have taken Mom to any food establishment but yours.
Went there for the first time for their Tuesday all you can eat buffet they had a total of five pizzas on the buffet none of which were hot which isn't a surprise because nothing on the hot bar was hot. The ranch dressing on the salad bar was spoiled the tomatoes were slimy the restaurant itself was filthy. They were empty plates sitting on several tables with no one sitting at them. The staff rude. An utter waste of $25.
