Gambino's in Winfield has gone down hill in service and food. $96.73 on 11-02-25 4:54PM. Family supper was a total waste of funds. Salad bar had outdated noodles that tasted sour. The large meat lover style pizza was undercooked. Meat was raw to the taste and pizza dow was not baked throw. Food on the floor from previous customers and no forks in the dispenser. Had to ask for silverware. This was it for me and my family. INFLATION cost and poor service and environment at Gambino's in Winfield. We are done.

Placed Doordash pickup order here. Waited 30 mins went to pick it up and told by the girl working that they canceled it. They cancel doordash orders here when their busy. Can you get any lazier and then to admit it. She did say if I waited another 30 mins that could make it. Why can't I just order it once and you make it once you lazy ass!

Got the wrong pizza from a delivery and they refused to make me another one and then they said the delivery driver wasn’t wasting his gas to bring me another pizza and then wanted proof that I didn’t touch the pizza for a refund and I explained it wasn’t touched at all and then after being on the phone on hold for 15 minutes they finally gave me a refund!

I really hate to do this. Gambino's used to be a wonderful place to eat. Not anymore. Ordered a large mobster w/no mushrooms and a Carryout salad. I arrive to the restaurant. I go over to the salad bar. No eggs, broccoli, cheese, okra, potato salad, and the rest that was there looked to be there for awhile. I ask a guy if they have cheese or eggs. Repeats to me eggs and cheese? I said yes. Guy goes and gets a bowl of cheese and dumps it in the plastic container on salad bar. Then takes the container and comes back with eggs. I grab my pizza and leave. Go out to my vehicle. Check the pizza. MUSHROOMS EVERYWHERE on the pizza. I look at the ticket. It even says no mushrooms! I go in, and Payton is on the phone talking to a buddy saying "you going to come by or not?" Continues this conversation all the while, I'm standing there. FINALLY he puts his "buddy" on hold. Then asks me what he can do for me. I show him the pizza and tell him it wasn't supposed to have mushrooms, and it did. He says, "Oh we have some new guy, not the one there now." Goes back and talks to a kid and tells him to remake my Mobster with no mushrooms. Payton disappears while the other guy makes the pizza. Meanwhile all these orders are just sitting at the end of the oven waiting to be cut. Phone ringing, no one answered. I WILL NOT be back here!

We made a order on 8/14/24 at 7:31 and it was post to be done at 7:51 . I arrived at the store for pick up and they haven't even started cooking it yet. He said it would be another 8 to 10 minutes. And they are not busy at all.

So disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant! Everything was sticky and gross. Fans have so much dust we were afraid it would get in our food. And this was before the lunch hour. Oh and no ice for the drinks bc the ice machine was broke. I really don't want to know what the kitchen looked liked!
