I just ordered a cheeseburger and Filet O Fish with extra cheese (drive through). The cheeseburger was halfway off the bun but alright. There was extra cheese on the fish sandwich but no tartar sauce at all.

The egg mcmuffin and it was so disgusting and the Canadian bacon and muffin were so tough must have been over hold times
The food was hot and fresh, but man they acted like I shot their dog. No one was friendly. Not the one taking my order, not the cashier, not the presenter giving my food.

1045ish ordered in drive thru a small fry and nuggets $8 I Get home and my fry sack is 1/2 empty. Not in bag either. What a joke McDonald’s Winfield has become. Wont be back

This particular McDonald's is probably the best one that I've been to. Friendly fast service. Overall I'm not sure what they could do better.

Extremal long drive thru weight, the gentleman that took our order was short tempered and rude. The gentleman at window one had issues counting change back. The young lady that gave us our food didn't even give us a chance to thank her nor check to see if our order was correct before the window was slammed. We didn't get the sauces for our nuggets nor the asked for napkins. Sadly this is the kind of service every McDonald's now gives because management knows if they discipline or right up their staff they will just quit.

People at the window not friendly at all looks like the they were all mad about something. Got my order wrong went back in through the drive-thru they got my order wrong again

Ordered our food waited 30 minutes for food food was cold I had a strawberry shake with order it was completely liquid not frozen outhe people where complaining about the wait also they where not busy at all I went up to get a bag waited more then 5 minutes no one came to assist me this is ridiculous we are not going back

McDonald's in Winfield. Ks is one of the worst I've seen the drive-thru Staff snotty and hateful and they give fake names to avoid being reprimanded for poor service I work for a group of people shopping and running errands for them over the last several months there have been multiple mistakes made on orders through the drive-thru at McDonald's mainly at night I take the food with the receipt back they say they're going to write it in the book with that person's name and then when they send me back to get their order that was messed up it's not in the book and they can't account for it and of course they're going to snivel and wine for a receipt which I tried to hand them when I return the food and they said no they couldn't take it even to look at it to make sure that the receipt was legitimate I have been given several false names by drive-thru staff over the last several months today one of my people sent me to get their order remade that was messed up over a week ago A man answered the intercom and was talking to me and another lady butted in to the conversation she told me that her manager Tori was not going to allow me to return any more food for anyone because of the number of times that I have been back the food is not for me it's for the people that I am helping and accommodating do you get that point?? When people on limited incomes pay for food and it's wrong and you have to go back and have try to make it right it makes it the worst for everyone there is no reason for the staff to behave in a manner that reflects dishonesty and if the managers at that location and Winfield are going to allow that to happen they need to be bounced and they need new management staff in there to run the restaurant giving false names to avoid repercussions is not the answer how sad that we have people working at a place like that in Winfield and preparing food have an attitude like that
