Good food, fast service and a friendly atmosphere.

I am truly obsessed with their sushi, especially the Kansas Roll. It is just so dang good. I live in AC and drive up to Winfield frequently just to pick up Sushi and take it home to eat. Cannot say enough about them. Amazing!

Ordered chicken fried rice tonight and rice was crunchy. Had same experience one week prior. Some pieces were barely cooked at all. Sushi rolls have always been good.

On 1/11/25 we ordered chicken noodles and a super crunchy roll. My girlfriend was served undercooked raw chicken from this location. Worst part is she didn't notice until it was too late and had eaten some already resulting in an upset stomach. Still giving 3 stars because we've never had a problem before that one and the foods always been nice.

Nice food truck. Never have eaten from here yet but defiantly on my list to do. I roordash from here often and it smells amazing. Only heard great things about it. Am looking forward to giving it a try asap.

Best sushi roll I have ever had! The prices and portions are incredible. So many things on the menu that I can’t wait to try. LOVE crab Rangoon, but these weren’t my favorite. They were good, but did not compare to the rolls or hibachi.

Food was an easy 9.5/10. Sushi, baked and non-baked was awesome, cool twists on some classics. And the chicken fried rice with the peanut butter esque sauce was better than most. Definitely a new staple!

My husband and I occasionally visit family in Winfield and usually end up eating lunch in town. This was our second visit to Mosa and it's definitely a top choice going forward.Food: The food is amazing. My husband and I both got the salmon bento box, and everything was delicious. Given that the bento box contains a decent variety, I think it's a safe bet that all of their food is really good.Service: It's a food truck, so there's really only two questions. Was the person who took our order friendly? Yes. Was the food ready in a timely manner? Also yes. Plus, you can order ahead.Atmosphere: This one is tricky. With food trucks, you usually have to provide your own atmosphere. And frankly, if you're looking for atmosphere, go to a restaurant. But since Google asked...Mosa offers two picnic tables, which is more "atmosphere" than most food trucks offer. Every order is packed to go and I think most customers eat elsewhere. Our first visit was in October, so we definitely didn't stick around. Our second visit was on a sunny day in March, so we ate at a picnic table.There are only two things I can complain about that aren't inherent to outdoor dining, and they're both minor. The first is proximity to the road. You're basically a stone's throw from the road. But there wasn't a ton of traffic so road noise wasn't a big deal. Besides, the patch of reeds in the nearby ditch is great for birds, so we got to listen to birds. ? My second complaint is that the finish on the picnic tables is glossy, which isn't great when the sun hits the right angle. We tried to open the umbrella, but whoever last closed it tied it with a knot instead of a bow. We were almost done by then so it wasn't worth the trouble.In summary, I definitely recommend Mosa!

My absolute favorite part has to be the serving portions! The quantity besides all the new additions...Oh, it's worth every cent. The waits have always been reasonable for me, and the staff make it all blend to a perfectly reasonable meal for whatever.

Parking: Small lot space shared with at least two extremely close businesses, intersection could likely be heavy with traffic various times the day making entering/exiting and parking tedious and slightly stressful.

Kid-friendliness: Simply welcome with options.?
