This evening service was ABSOLUTELY horrible. I ordered my son a sonic blast, and after 10 minutes the screen said it was on its way. It never made it to our car. I had to push the button again after waiting for another 15 minutes and only to be ignored when I said we hadn't received our order, the staff didnt say a word! There was only 1 other car there and they were outside of their vehicle, chit chatting with a server. Luckily we hadn't paid yet because we left and went to Braums who had my sons mixer to him in 2 minutes! Do better Sonic!

Day old tots soaked in oil. Ask for cheese tots, no cheese. No veg. On my burger. That usually means no lettuce, pickles, or onions.

Absolutely terrible! Extremely slow and most of the time, orders aren't even correct. You would be better off driving to Ark City... at least then you would have good servive and you would get your order a lot faster!!

2 Combos 1 Lrg Mozzarella stick and 2 Drinks with 2 shakes should not take over an hour to make and bring it out. Im am very displeased with management! Asked to speak to the manager and He kept getting an attitude with me and making excuses and blaming staff! My shakes i got were melted plus wrong! Then processed to hand me COLD FOOD!!!!!! If I know anything about food service. Never hand a Customer COLD FOOD

Every time I go to Sonic and order food, we are there for at least 30 minutes. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich add cheese. I got onion rings with f**king cheese on them. I literally hate our Sonic. It’s TRASH.

Girl answering the call box didn't even listen to my order, she read it back wrong. Only got a few items, 2 burgers, 2 tater tots, and 2 vanilla shakes. She didn't even give me a chance to talk before she was trying to end the order and move on. Unprofessional... and rude, disappointed. I reported the incident right after it happened, and if Sonic really wanted to escalate, details were provided. To clarify, the visit was 07.23.25, check# 439022, stall 5, Tray:T1, Drive In #3083, at 4:15:56 PM.

When going through the drive through, the individual couldn’t hear me. Was asked to pull through to the window, when doing so she took our order but the individual had a Bluetooth speaker in their ear. Hence why they couldn’t hear us. She took our order without writing anything down, obviously she forgot and 5-10 minutes later a new individual came back and took our order. We waited 25-30 minutes to receive our food, when we got the food. They were missing items. We then waited 15 minutes. We didn’t get our food that we were missing due to me asking for a refund.
