I got one thing from Sonic. I ordered a Dr. Pepper float in a size medium. I spent 4 DOLLARS on a float for my friend and the taste of it was awful. The Dr. Pepper was watery and tasted like a Dr. Pepper that had ice in it and sat out all night. If I spend $4 on a drink, I expect at least SOMETHING worth my money. This was just laziness. It honestly tasted like the people there needed to swap the tube to a new container and were too caught up to do so. Extremely disappointed and, quite frankly, irritated.

This is the fourth time in the last couple months I’ve tried to order a couple simple drinks and it always takes 25+ minutes. I always order on the app in advance and show up on time. There is a severe issue with communication and lack of care to get the orders out in a timely manner. Need a new manager ASAP!

Getting your order in a timely manner is awful. One time I ordered a water, tea and a small vanilla shake in the drive through. Waited at least 30 minutes and left. Couple weeks later we go to a stall and order a water, small shake, small blast and mozerella sticks. Again waited for longer 30 minutes, would have left if we hadn’t already paid. Horrible service.

Great place to go if you want your entire order to be wrong. Not only were all 3 of our burgers wrong, they didn't put half of our sides in the bag, and didn't give us our dipping sauces. It's pretty sad that they employ people who can't ever read what a screen says from a mobile order.

Laziest employees ever, stop serving food at 945 even though they don’t close until 10. When they do wanna work they are super slow; what’s the point of ordering ahead on app if I still have to wait 15 minutes at drive thru window. Steer clear of this sonic, I’d say drive down to one in ark city instead, but that one is sub par too

Ordered slushies we got flavored water like they melted then gave us the slushy after waiting 12 mins in the driver thru and they were pretty messy and then the person running the drive thru was mute apparently didn’t speak at all. Worst sonic experience I have had. Will not return to this location. Winfield Kansas 3:00pm Saturday Jan 18

As a regular customer, I visit this store frequently, and it's about 50 50 if I get the right sweet or unsweetened tea. The wait to have your order taken and when I get it takes longer each time it seems. Come on Sonic,
hire some more people and Change the management to keep a better eye on whats going on.

The person taking their orders through the drive-thru and for the rest should not be taking orders. She does not listen and puts the orders in wrong. This has happened three times in one week. One of them was an app order that was even wrong of two drinks. They need to speak up or also turn up the volume when they are taking orders. I don't seem to have this problem at the Ark City Sonic
