Me and my husband decided to go to subway a few nights ago the guy that was working screwed up on the sandwiches. My husband had called the store and the made a lame excuse on why he screwed them up and put his name and number down and we can go in and had them remaid.... that's a damn lie my husband went in to have them remade today the guy was mouthing off and the manger didn't do anything about it. If you want sandwiches that are MADE CORRECTLY I recommend going to Arkcity subway because they won't treat you like crap and they don't do a sloppy job.

We ordered online, payed to add Bacon, didn’t get it. My ham footlong sandwich (I know so hard to make) had literally 3 pieces of meat. Nobody answered when called. We don’t live in Winfield so I was not driving back. Idk who yall have working for you but they clearly don’t care.

Not from this area or even state but this location did such an amazing job! Excellent service (even though we came in 30min before they closed) food was so flavorful and made to perfection!!

Placed an order through the subway app. I was missing a bag of chips when I picked it up. I was told that I had only ordered 2 bags, not 3. After checking my receipt I was given the missing bag of chips. They did apologize for the mistake. Then I asked for a drink carrier as I had 3 meals and drinks to get to my car by myself. I was told they are no longer allowed to order drink carriers. I spent $50 on dinner for 3 and can’t even get a drink carrier? This seems like a mistake on upper management’s part.

As far as I'm concerned this is 1 of thre best subways I have found. The employees are awesome, they fix the subs great, it always clean and just overall good place. Keep up the excellent work, you guys rock.

At 6:10pm 12/1/24 me and my boyfriend went to subway to make our rumbling stomachs happy with a delicious sandwich we ordered our sandwiches and the workers where a delight very sweet and kind but when we got home to devour our delicious sandwiches mistakes had been made we cured our rumbling of the stomachs but a hour into chilling and listening to the bros toons I had bad cramps and went to take my throne on the toilet I had a terrible burning flooding number 1 in the stinky toilet when suddenly I was officially at war the burning came up my throat and out my mouth felt like Liquid lava after i felt better my boyfriend had gone to the bathroom to do the same after he felt better I was back into the bathroom because war called me again after we dominated the war we are stuck with rumbling of the stomachs again and a sick feeling upon our home as I write this review not to be rude but to keep people aware of the dangers of war and I feel as I should get a new toilet as mine has seen this it can not be unseen and poop marks stained into it forever my throne will never be the same.

I ordered it online. Order was ready for pick up very quickly. Staff were friendly. Bathroom was cleaned. Access is a challenge from main road - up the hill. Parking is available. Overall good value for your money.
