Placed an order through the subway app. I was missing a bag of chips when I picked it up. I was told that I had only ordered 2 bags, not 3. After checking my receipt I was given the missing bag of chips. They did apologize for the mistake. Then I asked for a drink carrier as I had 3 meals and drinks to get to my car by myself. I was told they are no longer allowed to order drink carriers. I spent $50 on dinner for 3 and can’t even get a drink carrier? This seems like a mistake on upper management’s part.

As far as I'm concerned this is 1 of thre best subways I have found. The employees are awesome, they fix the subs great, it always clean and just overall good place. Keep up the excellent work, you guys rock.

At 6:10pm 12/1/24 me and my boyfriend went to subway to make our rumbling stomachs happy with a delicious sandwich we ordered our sandwiches and the workers where a delight very sweet and kind but when we got home to devour our delicious sandwiches mistakes had been made we cured our rumbling of the stomachs but a hour into chilling and listening to the bros toons I had bad cramps and went to take my throne on the toilet I had a terrible burning flooding number 1 in the stinky toilet when suddenly I was officially at war the burning came up my throat and out my mouth felt like Liquid lava after i felt better my boyfriend had gone to the bathroom to do the same after he felt better I was back into the bathroom because war called me again after we dominated the war we are stuck with rumbling of the stomachs again and a sick feeling upon our home as I write this review not to be rude but to keep people aware of the dangers of war and I feel as I should get a new toilet as mine has seen this it can not be unseen and poop marks stained into it forever my throne will never be the same.

I ordered it online. Order was ready for pick up very quickly. Staff were friendly. Bathroom was cleaned. Access is a challenge from main road - up the hill. Parking is available. Overall good value for your money.

Was ignored for at least 15 minutes the store was not busy when we went to eat our sandwiches at home we discovered that they had sent the wrong sandwiches with our order I went back the next day with the sandwiches in tow and was greeted by very snotty girl at the drive-thru and was told if I didn't have a receipt that they would do nothing for me we spend lots of money in there every week eating I'm not going to this location anymore I will drive to Ark City or somewhere else to get decent service the people that work at this location don't care about the customers or the service that they provide why doesn't upper management step in and remove that problem and start over once upon a time this store used to have really good help but not anymore don't waste your time going to the Winfield Subway oh and if you try to call them on the phone the phone just hangs up on you over and over and over no one ever answers

Ordered a turkey sandwich and the meat was bad, called to let them know and the guy acted like he didn't care cause the meat was sliced yesterday. Never had an issue before with them, but will think twice that was $8 down the drain.

I stopped here to pick up a sandwich to take to my event and eat there. I ordered a foot long on wheat. Girl got that right, then after asking about meat, I told her oven roasted chicken add bacon. She looked over at the meat and asked 'that one?' while pointing at the rotisserie chicken. I said no and pointed to the oven roasted chicken they have cut in long rectangle pieces. She filled two little black oblong dishes and slapped them down on the bread. She asked what kind of cheese and I don't want it to be toasted, so don't you warm the meat up first? She said 'oh yeah' and took the meat back off and put it in the little black dishes and into the warmer. She asked about cheese and I told her white American. Then I asked her if she needed to warm the bacon too (instead of slowing the line further, and she put bacon in the warmer. Then the seemingly more experiences lady took over at the add ons part. I asked for spinach and she spread a layer on the bread. She kindly pulled one really spoiled looking piece off the top and discarded it, I thanked her. I had her put on a little lettuce, onions, black olives and tomatoes. Then came the tricky part most Subway 'sandwich artists' DON"T get! I have tried every way of saying it for years and STILL, very few comprehend and give me what I ask for. I have learned to say it more slowly as it seems to register better with most people. 'Please... a skinny, straight line of mayonnaise.' And of course, she squirts this big curly blob at one end then moves the squirter more quickly to the other end. Then I ask her for the same for mustard, only a lot less. Now a shake of black pepper and cut it in half. Interesting she asks me if I want a bag for the to go sandwich. I got to my event and unwrapped the sandwich. I pulled out several more spoiled/rotting leaves of spinach, scraped about 3/4 of the big blob of mayonnaise off one end, and ate. The sandwich, after basic corrections a customer should not be required to do, was good. The people at the restaurant were polite, but sadly pretty unobservant and the first, untrained.
