Most unprofessional manager named Chloe, we called ahead to feed our soccer teams and they refused to serve us, we asked to have it called ahead for pick up but was instructed to come to the restaurant. She was rude and unaccommodating. Very disappointing.

Honestly, I'm not sure why this Wendy's doesn't have better reviews. I've never had a bad experience here and the whole time that I've lived in Winfield and I've lived here all my life. Staff has always been at least cordial if not friendly and my food is always hot and fresh. Not only that, but they are incredibly quick. I would say Wendy's in Winfield is the best pick for a fast food chain. If you need something quick and you expect the decency of getting at least a greeting and thank you from a drive-thru worker. That's something that I don't always get at McDonald's and Sonic, although always fresh food, is pretty slow.
The staff today at around 3:45 pm when they served me did amazing on customer service and I was surprised at such a slow point for food sales in the day that the friends were hot and fresh.

I made a mobile order and sent the order number to my friend that offered to pick it up for me as I have a short lunch and cant make it to the store ans back in time. They get their and give the name and mobile code only to be told they dont have an order from that name. She luckly was nice enough to order my order AGAIN. I have the receipt and everything in my email. Tried to call the store 5 times. Apparently the person that receives the mobile orders is the same person that answers the phones.... currently been on hold with corporate for an hour trying to rectify this situation. Ill just order McDonald's from now on. Foods not as good but at least theyre half way competent.

Just drove thru after rush to order several items. The Dr Pepper was flat & missed part of order. Called to mention the drink & was told they hadn't had any complaints. I just complained. Then I said drink needed to be changed out & was informed Dr Pepper comes in a box. Then I mentioned missing items, so was told to tell manager next time I was in. Why come back in?
There is a majorly woman who works there in the mornings when we go in for practice when we're in town, and I cannot remember her name, but she is who all employers wish they had! She's friendly, she's caring, $ she goes above and beyond to be certain your experience is a good one. Too bad you can't clone people lol

Show up at 7 am and they won't even answer the drive threw then I drive to the windows and the lady behind the counter just Stairs at me.... was there yesterday morning and the coffee sucked and it took them literally 6 times to get the order rite.... idk who is running this place in the morning but they need fired and get someone who knows what they are doing cause this is ridiculous 😒
