They have frozen meals as well and hot meals and salads. Located in the Newport KY gaming mall next door to Crunch fitness, it has a lovely mountain background with an outdoor patio if you don't desire to eat indoors, this location also has comfy seating to relax. You must visit here, I love this place. Food is delicious and not over 12.00 dollars for perfect salmon that is the highest priced menu item so prices are great.“
