Domino's Pizza in Lexington

“Always the best, fast delivery, pizza cooked to perfection, can’t say enough great things about this location. Delivery drivers are always polite and courteous. I’ve lived near here for 8 years now, order pizza about 1X a month, may have had one order wrong (online order so who knows what happened) but 99% of the time, it’s perfect.“

“It's always running within the time frame that says usually pretty chilled ppl and hot as fire if u make there when the pizzas are coming out dnt wait more than 12 mins to go get order or it'll get cold they aren't sitting in warmers or heat lamps but great job nevertheless“

“Dani the delivery driver brought us a room temperature pizza, when he arrived he let me check the pizza to make sure it was quality that met my standards, when it didn't he called ahead and told his store the pizza needed to be remade and within minutes I had 2 hot pizzas at my door. This was a day we had gotten snow and he was the only driver so his excellent response and customer service was welcomed because he didn't hesitate to make it right. Now that is how things should be done. Dani, domino's, great job, I will definitely be ordering again. I had a similar problem with papa j and they did nothing to correct the problem and that day was beautiful, you all showed the pizza industry how customers should be treated and I appreciate everyone of you for your hard work and dedication.“

“One of their people had to go home sick so only two people working at the restaurant and handling everything as best they can. They did a fantastic job. Instead of getting DELIVERY, we drove over to pick up our stuff. The staff here is fantastic. This is my go to place when we’re staying in the area and want a quick nosh.“

“Everything was great except for the very rude delivery driver who failed to say hello or even look me in the eye and when I tried to explain to him that I just literally spent every penny I had to buy the pizza and if i had any money at all left then he would get it and next time I’ll pay him double tip, the guy basically threw the pizza at instead of handing it to me and proceeded to passively cuss at me whilst getting back into his vehicle. But the food was great which is far more important. So I guess don’t order delivery just go pick it up yourself.“

“Ordered delivery on 2/8/2025. I made a mistake while putting card info in. Then corrected it. I later noticed an email for cancelation. So I called. Wasn't sure if it was due to my mistake. When I called I spoke to the GM. He explained they did not have a driver, so they canceled delivery orders. However, the GM still wanted to make it right. So he made the order and delivered it his self. I really appreciated that and felt he meant what he said about wanting to make his guest happy. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much. Apt #53“
