Domino's Pizza in Lexington

“Always the best, fast delivery, pizza cooked to perfection, can’t say enough great things about this location. Delivery drivers are always polite and courteous. I’ve lived near here for 8 years now, order pizza about 1X a month, may have had one order wrong (online order so who knows what happened) but 99% of the time, it’s perfect.“

“I ordered some pizzas and the person on the phone was not at the Leestown Rd store in Lexington KY, but said they would be getting my order for pickup there. They did NOT.get my order. Thank goodness for Becky at the Leestown store. She and the wonderful staff there remade my misdirected order right on the spot and saved my granddaughter’s birthday party. God bless all of those there and Becky. I will be back for all my Dominoes food orders still every time!“

“It's always running within the time frame that says usually pretty chilled ppl and hot as fire if u make there when the pizzas are coming out dnt wait more than 12 mins to go get order or it'll get cold they aren't sitting in warmers or heat lamps but great job nevertheless“

“Idk about the atmosphere, but this location definitely skimped on the sauce compared to my usual Clays Mill location. The driver was super nice, but the pizza just didn't taste the same. I've been on the Philly cheese steak viral box lately with the Parmesan crusted dough.“

“Domino's had completely dropped off my list of decent pizza joints, previously dominating the cost to quality ratio, particularly among chain restaurants. After a second exceptional order in a row, I can gladly say they have temporarily taken back that spot if they can hold on. The Brooklyn style (now New York style) is really what drew me in so much in the past, but it was that same item that ruined them in my mind, when it seemed like no matter where I placed an order, it was under cooked, too flimsy (you should be able to fold the slice without 3/4 of it dangling off), was dripping in grease, and generally just poor quality. But the New York style has brought back everything that I loved about the Brooklyn style when they initially started that crust, and then some. I hope the other Domino's stores have experienced the same great improvements in their products.

Only dig is I ended up waiting in my car for 15 minutes before ultimately having to go in and pick up my food inside, even after signing in on the app and parking literally right outside the delivery door with my hazards on. Anyways, that's pretty trivial, but at least with mentioning.“

The pizza came right on time, perfectly made, and honestly? It was more than just dinner. It became a quiet moment of peace for me and my kids while the storm raged around us.

Your driver was prompt, polite, and probably had no idea they were handing my son an emotional life raft we needed that night. But they did. And it mattered.

“Everything was great except for the very rude delivery driver who failed to say hello or even look me in the eye and when I tried to explain to him that I just literally spent every penny I had to buy the pizza and if i had any money at all left then he would get it and next time I’ll pay him double tip, the guy basically threw the pizza at instead of handing it to me and proceeded to passively cuss at me whilst getting back into his vehicle. But the food was great which is far more important. So I guess don’t order delivery just go pick it up yourself.“

“I will never return to this Domino's. The one on Pimlico is far better and their pizza is very, very good. The pizza at Tiverton just tastes stale and leaves a weird taste at the finish. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to get to a better location.“
