“I don't know how they do it but virtually every Jersey Mike's I go to has the friendliest staff I've ever met, and this one is no exception.

Our order contained a gluten sensitivity request, and I think the reason we keep coming back to Jersey Mike's is because although we know it's an inconvenience for them to clean their food prep area for us they never make it seem like it, which we appreciate because we do feel bad but it's unfortunately not something we can avoid.“

“Even with a short line, the line moved really fast as the staff were very efficient at their jobs. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job making the sandwiches. I liked that the sandwich had an adequate amount of toppings and juice and was not dry at all. Ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. Staff greeted us when we came in and thanked us when we left. Excellent service experience.“

Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bread option! I am not personally gluten free but I have friends and family with Celiac and they have said great things about the gluten free bread. I spoke with the manager about their gluten free process and they make sure that everything on the station is thoroughly cleaned and specific tools are used to prevent cross-contamination!“
