In my personal experiences the workers have been super enthusiastic and nice the food is always great never under nor overcooked and the Brownie Cupfecion is amazing *sorry for miss spells*
Ive been waiting for a while, hoping that I could give a better review, since its in my hometown. However, no matter how much waiting I do, the food will always be cold and its always nasty. I waited 8 minutes one day for a BEC biscuit. When i took a bite it was cold as ice. I dont understand. The Monticello DQ is on the ball, they literally have you in and out of line in a couple of minutes, no matter how busy they are. Guess what? Its ALWAYS good food and the order is always correct.

Restaurant is disgusting. Employee taking orders was rude. Food was cold. Obviously management is absent. Won't be back.

Picked up an ice cream cake for a friend's birthday and it was excellent as always. They misspelled the birthday girls name, unfortunately, even though I spelled it on the phone but it didn't change the taste of the cake 😉

Ordered a hot fudge Sunday only got an ounce of fudge just vanilla ice cream Banana/ pineapple blizzard had one pc of banana Next day ordered several chicken baskets w honey mustard no gravy. Was charged for honey mustard $1.00 each. No honey mustard but gravy which we did not want $10.95 each which included a drink
I bought 2 $8 burgers and they were thrown together the bottom bun was saturated w grease and sauce was all over the inside and outside of the of the wrapper and on the outside of the top and bottom buns I have pics as well it was the sloppiest excuse of food I’d ever seen and at that price it should at least be assembled correctly
Just got food from here on 10/5/24 the food is cool and taste like it’s been setting in a warmer all day long and the fries are soggy won’t ever be back
I live in Clinton county but I travel all week for work and eat a dairy Queen usually 3 days a week. Albany has the worse quality, especially the ice cream, ordered a chocolate dipped cone, very little chocolate and that was only on the top. It’s also the most expensive Dairy Queen I’ve seen, with the worse quality. They absolutely have to rudest staff. I will not eat at the Albany Dairy Queen again.

The ladies that work here are miserable. They always seem annoyed that you came to eat there. When I first got into town they had a great crew and great food. Sadly that is no longer true.

This has got to be the rudest place I have ever eaten from. They mess up your order & then act like it's your fault they have to fix it, & I thought that u wasn't supposed to take food back once it's been outside their facility but they sure do.

I visited on Sunday eve of Memorial day weekend and despite the fact the resturant was slammed I received excellent service. The young lady at the counter with braids and lovely eyelashes was exemplary. A great experience, thank you!
They have terrible customer service, and the food just sucks
