I placed a order for delivery online it said there was a 30 minute wait. I waited just over a hour and called to check on my food was told that the online order was sent to the front desk but not to the kitchen and the lady apologized. I called back after another hour and was told that was second shift nothing she could do I asked can I come get my food was told yes. So I came up there and the food had been sitting for probably two hours because the box was already cold I asked them to make it fresh and was told well you will be waiting for a while we have other orders. I asked for a manager. A lady in an orange shirt came talked to the ladies in the kitchen then came to me and said the same thing if you want it fresh it’s going to be a while. Then I was told that it was ordered 3 hours ago and that it’s my fault and said that was second shift it’s not our problem. So I raised my voice because how is this my fault. She then refused to give me a name or a number to contact management said I could find it on facebook and she would call the police. Very rude lady will never spend another penny in that place. I guess I’m out for the delivery fee and tip I paid online my business and my family’s business will go elsewhere.

I drive a truck for a living and rarely do I get a home cooked meal. I stumbled upon this place on my way to Ohio and they have some of the best dinners I have ever ate. If u have not tried their hamburger steak, u really should stop in and give it a whirl bc I love it. I will be putting this place on my list of favorites

Would NEVER go there. Granted, I have never been there before, BUT I just saw a video of a worker cursing out customers and being hostile. There were no consequences for the worker. I would not want to go to a place of business that allows that.

Was a great place but over the last few months really went downhill to say the least. The staff was always really friendly not so much lately. The food was great, but lately not so much. They had the best fuel prices in town until a few months ago then well guess what? I guess they got greedy.

Some shifts are just kida well... Kinda.... LAZY! Yesterday I ordered 1x cheese curds and they were great and today I ordered 2x same and both were in the same box and weren't done and they taste like they were sweet, as in maybe they used a cinnamon roll pan or set them on the counter on top of some sugar or something sweet was cooked in the same oil/ deep fryer idk but they weren't enjoyable
