Pulled in at 8 on a Sunday night, and the lights were off and closed. But the business says they close at 9 on Sundays. They always close early

The food tastes great, the quality of it is good. The Customer service and atmosphere could be better tho. Me and my daughter came in at 7:20pm on Thursday to dine in only to be told the lobby closes at 7:30. We were disappointed but just decided to order take out. All 3 employees gave me and my daughter nasty looks which didn’t bother us much considering one of them was sucking on her e cigarette in front of customers while the other looked like Marilyn Manson with the makeup she had on. The chicken strips are incredible tho.

We ordered chicken strips that had little to no breading on them. Asked at the counter if they were supposed to be that way and was told yes. They looked like soggy plain chicken breast strips. We should have asked for our money back. But as unconcerned as they seemed I doubt that would have happened. Will not be back.

Chicken was really good - tender and juicy. The coleslaw and biscuit was also good.

The cashier/server was awesome! Very pleasant and told us what the specials were.

I've been there last two days thinking I could get an order wow yesterday they were out of biscuits but still wanted to take an order and today they are out of tea and I sat in line forever then when I got to the window they said it would have to make the wedges fresh that it would be 8 mins longer I mean that's crazy that's not counting the actual charge they add just for using the drive through

Great food and great service. The chicken strips were fried well, and not greasy like a lot of places. The strips were moist and tender - breaking apart easily in my hand.

The employees are lazy as hell, I would really hate to see the sanitation in the back. They’ve been open for two hours when we got there, floors were very dirty, trash was over flowing, tables were dirty, huge stack of trays, no tp in the bathrooms. If the employees are too sorry to take out the trash of a night imagine the food prep areas and storage.

I ordered an 8 piece bone in chicken and paid $20.99 with tax $22.25. When I got home (35 miles away), I opened the box and there were only 4 pieces of chicken (2 breast and 2 short legs).

I'm from out of town
The livers we awful, they were falling apart...i gave them to my dog
I got an 8 piece fried dinner meals
I only got 6.... They forgot my wings

Really amazing chicken, very juicy and flavorful without just caking on the breading and drenching it in hot oil. Superior to KFC by a long shot. Wasn't a fan of the tartar sauce for the fish, but it's just packet stuff not homemade so what do you expect? The mashed potatoes and gravy were absolutely fantastic and I'd order them by the bucket. Would absolutely visit here and order again.
