Stopped by on a holiday weekend knowing it would be busy. Our server Ben was attentive, thoughtful and kind. Being a Saturday night on a holiday weekend and obviously took some time. But the food came out hot fresh and delicious.
I had the grouper basket which were small like chicken tenders, got plenty of them, crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. Highly recommend.

We were first time boat renters and had a party of 11, ages 5 months to 70+ years. Overall, we really enjoyed our time on the lake, but the marina office was difficult to find as there was little to no signage. We walked all the way down one boat area only to be told by a local that we were in the wrong spot. She told us that she encountered this all the time. We were also not aware of how far the walk would be to get to the office as I didn't see anything on their website, nor in any of the newest reviews. We had two senior citizens in their mid 70's with us who both have a difficult time walking. As I was making my way to the office, we located two people on golf carts who ended up taking us to where we needed to go. I had no idea if they worked for the office, so I offered a guy $20 to pick up the older folks in my party so that they didn't have to walk all the way.
Once at the office, things seemed great. I was able to get our boat and set off for a handful of hours on beautiful Lake Cumberland.
Arriving back was equally as confusing as our arrival, unfortunately. An employee topped off the gas in our boat and looked everything over. I asked and confirmed multiple times if I needed to go inside or do anything further, and he kept telling me no, and that I was good to go. We had also asked him if we would be able to get a ride back to the parking lot because the 2 men working earlier had said they would be around to make sure we got back. He told us to ask inside, in which we found that they were understaffed and may not have anyone available. As you can imagine, we started to panic a little. Thankfully, someone did offer to take the older folks, which was our main concern, so the rest of us starting walking back.
When I almost got to my destination, an employee drove out to me to ask if I had paid for the gas. I replied that the boy working told me that I didn't need to do anything further. She ultimately drove me back so that I could pay my $17 bill, which was fine, but a little frustrating especially since everyone in my party heard me confirm with the boy working. The employee did say that you can call them and ask for a ride to the office, and again, this would be good information to put on the website.
Overall, we did have a good time, and when I had called earlier that day to reserve our boat, the employee was very kind and even told us about their half day rental pricing after 11am, so we were able to take advantage of it, but had there been better signage for finding the office and if we knew about the long walk to the office beforehand, that would have taken a lot of stress off of me and I would have left a glowing 5-star review.
Arrived approximately 5:15pm on Friday July 26 to eat dinner for a party of 13. We were told it would be an hour wait. We were okay with that. At around 6:15 (1 hour) we were told our table would be ready in 5 minutes. We did not get seated until 7:00! Our waitress was there quickly to take our food and drink orders. 43 minutes later, we finally received our appetizers…they would have been out about 10 minutes sooner, but after we asked, they realized they had given them to another table (that had not even ordered them). Our meals came about 8:15. Management did (hesitantly) take the appetizers off our bill after we informed them of the problem. This could be a very nice place, but definitely need to work on their customer service.

First time here. Will NOT be back to where you eat!! Waited an 1 1/2 hrs to get a seat. Waited over an hour for our food. Then they took our appetizers to a different table and just gave them to them! Very Very Very poor management here. we have been here 3 hrs and still don't have our food!!!!
