I have a family of 6 and we all got double cheeseburgers and mine came like this I would recommend this store but don’t get this specific product

The whole point of mobile ordering is to not have to wait for your food. Yet every single time they make me pull to side and wait anyway. Now I just have to wait longer because I have to wait for them to walk out here too! The staff is very nice. I just don’t think they are doing mobile orders right. Food is great though.

Two younger people at front not doing their jobs just standing around. I mentioned I had a door dash order and I guess they just ignored me as I sat for 4-5 mins not seeing anything finally went up front and was forced to wait 5 mins for a employee to come talk to me.

Albany, Ky has the best McDonald's around. They have a great team and exceptional management. Their caramel frappe with a shot of espresso is outstanding!
