Sonic food in Albany pretty much sux! Thought I'd try it today, only to get a footlong chili dog that was barely warm. I'm telling you, it was bad. Was hoping after a long spell of not visiting this particular Sonic, it might be better now. But boy, was I wrong.

I placed my order here at one of the drive in stalls, I waited for about 25 minutes, and several people ordered and left after I had ordered. I finally got tired of waiting and left. This wasn't the first time that had happened to me here, the other time I had paid with my debit card, and I waited for a long long time and finally ask where my order was, she said oh it'll be right out, so I guess it was ready, they just hadn't brought it out to me. It definitely wasn't hot. Service is not the best here.

Best Sonic I have ever been to. The quality of the fried foods we got was very impressive. I was a little confused by the menu and couldn't find the Red Bull slushie, but I didn't need to start up past my bedtime, anyway.

Well I guess it depends on who's working or not, bc sometimes the service isn't good!!
Used to be one of our favorite restaurants in Albany (before COVID). Now it's one of the worst. Dry burgers, never have onion rings..... it's sad to see owners let things go like this, but my guess is that this Sonic will be much like the Russel Springs one..... an empty shell that everyone can reflect on.

2 hot dogs it took 45 minutes. Super slow srevice.....no reason to wait that long on order. No longer will we be back when food find came it was cold and dry.

Every single trip in the drive thru and it takes at LEAST 15 minutes to get a 3 piece chicken strip meal… the reason we never go to sonic is because of how long we have to wait. The irony in the name is not lost on me
