Chipotle Mexican Grill

I walked in to customers and employees yelling at each other. They were out of rice, steak and barbacoa. I still ordered 2 chicken burritos but they were half the size as normal due to them running out of items.

They are especially stingy with their portions. Go to the Highland Heights location instead.

I placed an order with three entries, between our three items, we had 5 side dishes, but when we pick up the order they only packed 2 SD’s. Can you believe that they missed three out of the five SDs. If they missed just one, we can email it but their three side dishes, that isn’t acceptable. One of the items we ordered was quesadilla which comes with three SD‘s, The orders receipt, the one they put in the bowl had printed the three SDS ordered, but they only added just one SD, how do they make such a big mistake? They just left two components of the box empty, unlike the burrito bowl the quesadilla meal is incomplete with its side dishes.

Normally I love Chipotle and it amazing service but it changed today we had it bad service and no adults what the world pls fix this. And also no bowls really 🙄🙄

Consistently terrible. Take notes from Highland Heights chipotle.

I ordered online and didn't get my food until 40 minutes after I had ordered it (30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready). That alone isn't enough to make me leave a review though. What I can't stand is the fact that one employee was super rude and defensive towards me. I went in to pick it up. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked if it would be faster if I just got in line to have my food made (since it seemed that line was moving steadily). She was snappy at me and told me there'd been a rush all day and that I needed to sit and wait. I genuinely wanted to know if it'd be faster that way.

So, yeah. It took forever and the girl working was a real jerk. Emphasis on that second part. The other employees were appropriately polite though.

We ate there tonight and the staff was on it!! The line was to the door but the young guys preparing the food were quick, friendly and professional!! The whole team was impressive. We've ate there before and had some small issues but I think they've improved 100%!! Great job guys !! 💯‼️

This is a great store, the portions are frustrating however. When I go inside and eat they usually do make me a larger burrito. When I order through drive-thru this is typically what I get. A very tiny burrito i can wipe out in just a few bites. For more than $10/ person i'd really appreciate more rice and cheese to help fill out my burrito. If you're ordering you might just want to go in, otherwise you'll most likely receive a very tiny meal too.

When you are ordering 4$ tacos amd 12$ burritos you should be able to get what you pay for but not here. Four pieces of meat in a taco and less than twelve in a burrito…. I cannot even begin to understand how businesses like these are still in existence! Never again!!!! I hope this entire chain goes out of business. Back to HOTHEADS I go…. At least HOTHEADS fills their tacos, burritos and bowls with some besides rice and beans!!!! Much bigger variety of sauces as well!!! I wish I could give Chipotle a -*

They were slammed when we ordered food, and my food was originally messed up. I came back with the food, we had done a pick up order, showed that my food was messed up and they fixed it right away.

It has big portions for low prices
The one is Flagstaff is the best one
I love beans and rice w communist food
This chipotle in particular is pretty average
Better than taco bell tho which is right by it
I rate it highly
Also close to Walmart so good by proxy
