The food is mostly good but the service is not great. DRIVE THROUGH AWFUL. There’s one female employee (wish I knew her name but I don’t) that I get frequently on the weekends that seems to hold the whole place together. Other times, we go in when they’re open and find one person working the line, and three or four people in the back just chatting.

They need to improve the mobile pick up process. There are customers getting in line early and sit at the window for 10 min or more while those who's food is ready have to wait in line. They need to tell customers to drive around the building and get back in line if their food is not ready!!

I just had to take a moment to shout out Winter at Chipotle in Alexandria Kentucky!!! The absolute best location in all of the USA!!! she is hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered at any fast food or casual dining restaurant. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude that instantly brightened my day.
