pizza was dry, and was overcooked, barely edible. hardly any sauce or cheese. tater tot’s had cheese on it but tasted very weird. what a waste of $50 after tip. will definitely order larosas next

Krista was amazing! The free pizza coupon didn’t go thru yet she accommodated my family! That’s TOP NOTCH customer service! I’ve never had a bad experience with our local Alexandria Domino’s! The people in this store will blatantly ignore you to your face while your order is already finished and you're there to pick it up, even after getting the notification that it's ready for pickup and everything. They weren't even busy and there were multiple people working behind that counter and they didn't even acknowledge my existence for 10 whole minutes as my order sat and got cold for no reason at all. The lady behind the counter working on pizzas was insanely disrespectful and blatantly rude when I was nothing but polite. I never leave reviews but this was absolutely so uncalled for and so unprofessional. I ended up erasing my entire Domino's app and replacing it with Papa John's. I will not be back to this establishment or even Domino's as a whole.

I order delivery regularly and they usually have it at my door in like 25 mins. Today was no different. Great job and thanks again to James the delivery driver

I don't even like dominos that much but Im giving it five stars because I order almost weekly..It's the only thing opened after 9pm and for the price, it's fulfills it's purporse. I moved to Kentucky and Dominos is the ONLY place that does not close at 9pm. Not sure why the negative reviews because this specific location has really friendly employees and the store is immaculate clean. Delivery charge is a bit higher than normal but when they are the only thing open after 9pm, they have the advantage...The food itself is worth five stars when comparing it to $10 pizza...Hell it's cheaper than the cardboard frozen pizza you buy at the grocery store. No competitor pizza place in this area can compete with Domino's app, closing hours and delivery areas This location doesn't deserve anything less than 4 stars if an order is correct...The problem is people expect Mellow Mushroom quality pizza for Domino's prices...it's $7 pizza and it's 100x better than Totinos you get at Kroger.

I literally never make reviews but they have left off entire ingredients the past 3 times I’ve ordered pizza from them on the app when I literally struggle so bad financially and when I try to call them after placing my new order a few minutes ago just to make sure they double-check not to do the same thing again they just don’t answer the phone. Even after 5 calls in a row. Like really? In this economy? It honestly is sad like I don’t know what else to say about it. Guess my kids may have to miss yet another dinner.
