Closed 20 min early. Took the cars order in front of me and then told me they were closed.
The employees are nice, but the drinks need work. The consistency of the drinks is terrible, one day it’s good and the next few times are not. I usually get a chai latte and it’s always so plain lately, just hot milk, no chai taste at all. If you want decent drinks, then you are better off driving the extra few miles to the cold springs location. I never really have any drink problems there.

The most unfriendly and rude person at the window, literally making me feel bad for coming here. Same thing as last time. Go literally anywhere else. If you forgot something to your order at the intercom, too bad, they won't add it or ring you up. Might've well just said "no. Get out". Wouldve been better than the quiet sneer. won't ever be coming back.

I’ve been to this location a few times since it opened and none of my experiences have been pleasant. If it wasn’t a disrespectful employee being the issue, then it was the lack of consistency in the drinks. The last time I went to this location before today was about a year ago because I had a terrible experience that day and had no interest in coming back before today. I’m not usually one to not stop at the intercom and inform them that I’m picking up a mobile order, but the cold spring location had informed me I didn’t need to do that. So, naturally, I thought this must be a universal thing with dunkin. On that day I put that knowledge to use at this store and pulled straight to the window instead of stopping and a very pleasant teenage employee just stared at me like I had 3 heads. Then she told me in the snottiest way possible to stop at the intercom next time and reluctantly gave me my drink. From then on, if I wanted coffee I’d go to the other location with friendlier employees or Starbucks instead. Well today I was nearby this location and really wanted the s’mores latte. But I’m trying to intake more protein and instead of the oatmilk I was going to pour a protein shake over the espresso and syrup as my milk alternative. I know it comes off weird to the employees without that context, I even acknowledged it at the window that it’s strange when I requested a drink without milk. I simply asked if they could do that for me and the woman on the intercom proceeds to laugh and say “I mean no. Not really.” And then I just asked again, will you please just give me coffee with the flavor in it. Which she was able to accommodate in a typical iced coffee but she was still laughing and making me feel like I was stupid for this order. All I essentially requested was espresso with syrup, instead I got an iced coffee which I settled for despite it not being quite the same. I totally understand if you can’t do just espresso and syrup, but to laugh in my face about it is disrespectful and uncalled for. When I pulled up the window I felt like the entire store of employees were looking at me like I was weird, however they weren’t super busy so it’s likely they may have just been bored, and that’s fine. It’s also just bothersome to me that there are so many folks who say the employees are very sweet, however majority of my interactions with staff here have been so unpleasant. Not to mention, any other coffee spot would likely be able to accommodate this request, judgment free so why would I continue patronizing a store that makes me feel stupid for my order over another that just makes it for me the way I wanted it to begin with. I have had a similar order at Starbucks and have never been laughed at. I understand it comes off strange to most, but I have fitness and health goals, I am paying, and I typically will tip for feeling like I’m Inconveniencing the employees. So these interactions overall will keep me far away from this Dunkin.

I always have great service and the food I order is always fresh. I believe it’s more reasonable; at least one item that I order.
The ones owned by Holland group is what I’m talking about costing more.
Some are owned by Gilligan and I’ve been pleased.

Watch out for Kate if you have a husband! My husband and son went to the drive thru today and she thought it was a good idea to write her name and number on their receipt. Kate, you should look at the left ring finger before you do that!! And if you did see his ring and just didn’t care, then shame on you! Super annoyed and I hope she sees this. I called to tell her manager, but they said there wasn’t a manager there that I could speak to. I will try again tomorrow.

Ordered through the mobile app. I picked up my order 5 minutes later. Food was hot, coffee was good. BUT they skimped on the hash browns. I paid $1.50 for 6 hash browns?? No thanks!(I ate 1 hash brown before realizing the bag was half empty, which is when I snapped the attached pictures)

I love the croissants so much, I was so disappointed when I came through the drive thru last night at 8pm and was told by Roy that the kitchen was closed. I know the kitchen doesn’t close at 8 and think you should hire less lazy staff. Also disappointed that there were only 2 donut options at 8pm. Do better Roy.

Management is terrible
The donut selection was very thin. I wanted to order a dozen but no glazed donuts where in the case. I asked to order glazed and was told they were not going to make anymore today unless they run out of the other that was in the case. We don't like jelly filled and that was about all there was to choose from. This was a disappointment. Will not waste my time getting back in traffic for it.

Stopped by this location on 5/6/24 because my daughter and I wanted donuts. More specifically we wanted specific donuts…Boston Creme and Chocolate Glazed. They are open until 9pm and we went there approximately 3:45pm and they were out of both flavors we wanted. We settled for chocolate frosted and they only had ONE of those. Seriously? The only positive thing about it was the donuts was fresh and the employees were friendly!
