I dread when my family orders from here (or at least the Alexandria Pike site). I’ve yet to pick up an order that hasn’t either had something left off or done incorrectly.

I have never had a bad experience at this location before so I was highly disappointed when we went after a long day and the service was terrible. The food was cold, we were never asked if we wanted a refill or check on again.... Even after letting the waitress know we needed to place an order to go prior to leaving. They had more staff than any fast food restaurant I had seen in years. They were all joking around in the kitchen. I am not saying I will let this experience keep me from going back but as someone who worked in the food industry as a teen and young adult it was very disappointing. I had to after we timed 10 minutes after finishing our food go place my own to go orders, ask for drinks to go, and for boxes.

My 4 year old asked for gold star after I picked her up from preschool so I obliged. It was about 1130. We sat down ordered our food. Did all the normal stuff. Wait staff was very nice. We got her food. We cut my daughter’s cheese cone in half and noticed that there was a hair between the chili and the cheese aside from that. There was seven or eight flies just buzzing around the entire time we were eating. I hate writing bad reviews for places, but this was just too much. we paid and got out of there. I don’t think we’re gonna go back.

This Gold Star has better service than some other locations but ultimately they still are just over-priced hotdogs. 30 coneys, a gorito, and chili cheese fries was $98 soooo definitely not my first choice of eateries

Cheese burger deluxe ? is about the best around in this town throw down sum ? along side that burger an the eye candy inside makes one's day! All good..

Great food. Love the chili, of course, but I love the burgers, chicken sandwiches. And club, as well.
bought three large Four way coneys. got home and no chili on the bottom. Opened a can of chili sauce that we had at home. Called Dillon the manager and he said I will replace them. I called to go pick up the replacement a few days later and they said oh that order was picked up. I said I didn't pick it up. oh yes you did! oh no I didn't. I want to talk to Dillon He can't talk. I went up there and they brought an assistant manager out. I told her what happened that someone was lying about the order and that there was no sauce, finally she said I will replace it. this time she gave me the small three ways not four ways and filled it with sauce and hardly no pasta. Dillon still won't come to the phone or talk to me in person. Where is the owner when you can't get the manager to do his job? Who do the customers turn to when Dillon the manager refuses to do his job? I would like an answer! I spent $47.00 that day. This is shameful!
