How hard is it to remember bacon on a club? How hard is it to remember to put chips in a bag? Apparently it's REALLY hard.

These guys are awesome! I always have custom orders, but they get it spot on every time. Super consistent, always very fresh. They do not cut corners even during busy times, Including Wright before football games.

Also, they are always super friendly when we come in to pick it up. And their rewards program is solid. It seems like we get a free full-size sub every six or seven orders roughly.

The only thing I dislike is the app, because it doesn’t allow you to customize the sub by picking which cheesy you want and things like that. But I just write it in the comments, and unlike most places, they actually read them.

P. S. I Highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak sub, change the cheese to provolone, and add sautéed mushrooms, and add banana peppers. Sautéed mushrooms are not on the menu, but they always add for me.

Clean and kind staff. I ordered a side of roast beef for my service dog and they really wanted me to feed her there.... I wish I could feed her inside a restaurant.... Thanks so much for great food. Side of roast beef.

I absolutely love the food! I am gluten free so I get gluten free bread. They completely wipe down the machine when I order. That’s unheard of! So not only do they go out of the way to do this every single time, they always greet me with the best response. Today was a rough day, picked up my mobile order to find this cookie places in my bag just because! This goes beyond excellent customer service. Literally the best of the best!

This place is always great!

I hardly ever try to go in somewhere a few minutes before they close but for a place to tell me they’re closed as i see customers still ordering inside is absurd. I am a regular here and always tip 50%. (which is a lot i know but i work in the tip business) To me they just lost a regular, it’s kinda sad cause they had just opened but can’t say I will be returning. Not worth my business
