We order at the drive thrue tonight and the girl keep rushing us to order and when we pulled to the window we see she’s on her celphone she more interested in her celphone than the customer.and even she forgot to give our drink never go to this place again it’s aweful and the food was cold

They absolutely pounded my chicken with bbq sauce. I wouldn’t be that mad if the sauce was better but it’s bad sauce. They gave me the bbq basher do not recommended the honey bbq chicken sandwich

Terrible service 12/4/2025 called my order in st 3 PM. Large order arrived at my requested time of pickup and was told no biscuits are available and would give me a $10 credit. KFC Alexandria pathetic family portions and outrageous cost will never take my money again. $98💸💸💸

I just paid over $33 for a 12 piece “chicken only” bucket,,,,,, got it home and the bucket had:
3 wings 3 legs 3 thighs 2 breast
I shouldn’t had expected anybody in Campbell county to be able to count to 12,,,,, my bad 🙄

Best fried chicken we had in years. Everything was super hot and freshly made. Drive thru was busy but flying out. We ate inside which was nice bc we had the place to our selves.

They charged me twice for my meal and I called spoke to a manager and they never called me back to fix it a 32$ meal turned out to be 64$ this is wrong and it is stealing

Went here tonight, the dining room was DISGUSTING, not a clean table, I had to wipe down my own table, there were ants EVERYWHERE on the floor in the dining room, which I can understand because the floors were nasty, I even said something to the girl working and she was like, “that’s gross”, but did anyone come out and clean, nope. The drink station was gross, it was just all nasty. My chicken breast was very tough and overcooked, the only positive thing was the girl that rang us up, she was pleasant. This place needs a manager who can manage and make cleanliness a priority and not a “we will get to it when we get to it”!

Gross nasty food chicken wasn't done. $22 flush! No one in there and not one clean table never again!!! Big Fail!!!
Biscuits were completely raw brought them back got more back made us more and same thing. Chicken strips were rubbery slimy weird looking. Employees were dancing shaking their heads everywhere and playing on there phones

Ordered an 8 piece chicken. Doesn't say Dark Meat until you do some searching thru the details. Thought 8 piece was 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 drum sticks. NOPE... read the fine print. Throwing it away.. not a fan of the dark meat. They won't answer their phone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
