Went here tonight, the dining room was DISGUSTING, not a clean table, I had to wipe down my own table, there were ants EVERYWHERE on the floor in the dining room, which I can understand because the floors were nasty, I even said something to the girl working and she was like, “that’s gross”, but did anyone come out and clean, nope. The drink station was gross, it was just all nasty. My chicken breast was very tough and overcooked, the only positive thing was the girl that rang us up, she was pleasant. This place needs a manager who can manage and make cleanliness a priority and not a “we will get to it when we get to it”!

Biscuits were completely raw brought them back got more back made us more and same thing. Chicken strips were rubbery slimy weird looking. Employees were dancing shaking their heads everywhere and playing on there phones

Ordered an 8 piece chicken. Doesn't say Dark Meat until you do some searching thru the details. Thought 8 piece was 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 drum sticks. NOPE... read the fine print. Throwing it away.. not a fan of the dark meat. They won't answer their phone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

This place is truly awful. I hope it goes out of business or under new management. They never provide sauce packets, mess up orders, take forever to answer you on the intercom and take FOREVER to give you food! They are always out of potpies and say it will take 20 minutes to cook one-even if you order ahead on the app they will not cook it.
The owner has to be a joke and must be an absentee one. No way would I allow my store to run like this. Today, two cars just gave up in the drivethru and pulled past me and left. That’s lost business and customers.
There seems to be an availability problem at this location. Almost always either do not have pot pies or tell you that you will have to wait 20 minutes. Also told it would take 13 minutes for chicken to be ready. Tonight it took us over half an hour to get a 2 piece meal and a chicken sandwich (since they didn't have pot pies)! Arrived at 4:40 pm. 15 minutes to get through drive through, another 20 to get food. Do they not know when the dinner rush starts?

Ordered 2 - 8 piece buckets of chicken and had no breasts of chicken and no chicken wings. Only had chicken legs and thighs.

I went there a few weeks ago because my mom's likes there food I prefer Popeyes or canes because there service is a lot better the lady in the drive thru is always rude and they always need to drop chicken or whatever I order it was like 5 or 6 times when I had the nerve to complain she got rude with with me then some guy called me back and said they dnt care if I come back or not if your going to run a store like that where people gotta wait for food because there to lazy to drop chicken or whatever there's not hardly anymore to parked

The food was excellent! And they were kind enough to fix a mistake I made on the app! The store was clean and the employees were super friendly and helpful!

I love this kfc! Everyone here is so welcoming and inviting, everyone here is like family! Management always offers credit orders and the staff always are apologetic if they mess up
