I just went to this store again today and, unfortunately, this location has been getting worse and worse lately. The mash potatoes were good but the chicken was horrible: dry, rubbery, and about the worst fried chicken I've had in 2-3 years. I talked to the GM, Logan, and he could not have been less interested in dealing with the issue. Really pathetic. Said he couldn't refund me over the phone, that I'd have to drive all the way back and come to the store for that.I'll be calling the head office instead. Anyway, it's not about the money. I don't care about the money. It's about the terrible food, and the worse attitude and customer service.It's a shame ... for awhile, this was a good store.

I'm usually the biggest fan of KFC but the last couple times service has been terrible, rude. The last time I was here I ended up getting food poisoning from the chicken bowl. I do NOT recommend this KFC location!

Horrible and absolutely the worst manager! Purchased 8 piece meal to get home sit down with the family to have dinner. We started eating and everyone immediately said the chicken was dry and looked like it had been sitting for hours. Called and spoke to Logan the Manager he communicated to get a refund the food had to be returned untouched! I immediately thought he was joking, but no he was serious! Lol Unbelievable to serve the food in that condition! totally disgusted by the quality of food and he should be ashamed of himself, people work hard for their money and to receive such bad service! Taking this one up the chain! Love KFC but they need to close this location down after firing Logan!

I love the Nashville Hot tenders. The store features a new design. They were fairly busy, but I didn't wait long. When the counter was clear the cashier helped the drive-thru and then started cleaning the dining room. Always a plus. Restroom was nice and clean.

Tried KFC for the first time in years and it was terrible. Does KFC use their competitors' chicken for their ads? What I got from the drive-thru was not recognizable. I heard that a Popeyes was under construction down the street. Maybe it will force KFC to step up their game.

Don't waste your time or your money. They can't seem to get an order right. The management is rude. If anyone will answer when you call. So, really don't bother! I would give them less than 1 star if possible.
