I walked in to place my order at 645 pm didn't get to place my order until 704. I should of left at that point. The young boy who took my order was absolutely the sweetest. Best part of my visit. I didn't get my food until 735. Of course it was either wrong or cold when I got home. It's a shame with that many people working things are constantly wrong with our food.

There is a worker here that was very cool and nice I saw him mopping floors and he did it very diligently while not getting in the way of others. His mopping inspired me to clean more and become a better person.

A lot to unpack here but I’ll just start with the service. Worker was rude, did not greet me or any other customers at the drive-thru, talked very unintelligibly, didn’t even ask for my card just held her hand out. Once I received the food I noticed that one of the syrup containers they had given me was open and leaking all over the other containers in the bag and causing a mess in my car. upon further inspection, I also noticed that they had forgotten my hashbrown, although im glad it was not in the bag where it would have been covered in syrup. Other than the missing food and mess the food we did receive was very dry and seemed old. In conclusion do not go here unless you’re into that syrupy stuff and not getting what you paid for.

I would highly recommend you check your order after receiving at the window. Twice in less then one month I was shorted items by the time I got home. This so disappointing from the staff. Please get your act together.

The automatronics of ordering from a computer- like board turned me cold. I prefer to order from the take out speaker. Why? Because I at least get to pay a real, live person who at least feigns a smile. My sister, Sherry, thoroughly enjoys her CARMEL FRAPPUCCINO; No whip cream, extra carmel, LARGE of course. I prefer the strawberry/banana smoothie. It was a fluke I went inside, I turned back around and went to my drive through window. They even called me by name...... MY McDonalds is on the Kentucky 9 AA, on the way into Cincinnati. After massive medical issues, going to doctors in Ohio, our McDonald's gives me a smile and my Sister, her beloved CARMEL FRAPPUCCINO. So, give your franchise a big STAR! I so appreciate their style......
Parking: Parking for miles, even at rush hour. Another restaurant is adjacent to MY MCDONALDS, however, there's plenty of spaces. The drive-through must be traversed all the way around the eatery. To place your order, is sort of a round-about like experience. Maybe more signs telling where to order would assist consumers.
Kid-friendliness: Relax, eat, enjoy. Kids love Mc Donald's
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, gradient cement, are helpful so I can push my sister, Sherry, into the lobby. Staff usually asks if you need assistance.
