I made a visit today my first time there! And it was very busy but the young lady at the window took the time still didn't rush me and helped me pick out a item I would like had my little ones with me was very patient and was happy to take our orders with a smile even introduced herself Mariah and said hi to kiddos me and my wife will be back for sure the kids also had.a blast with the playground too! 5 stars all around

When we are in the area the kids love to stop here. So many ice cream options and the food is also very good! Staff is typically very friendly and the kids enjoy being able to play on all the playground options.

I have found Sharky's milkshakes to be some of the best in the area. They use Hershey's ice cream, not to be confused with Hershey's chocolate... I know weird, huh??! They have an extensive selection of ice cream flavors from strawberry cheesecake to banana pudding to superman to classics like vanilla, strawberry , and chocolate. So I'm sure they'll have a flavor to tickle anyone's fancy. And it's not just milkshakes, they have sundaes, snowcones, and many, many, more sweet treats! If you're not in the mood for sweets, then take a look at their food menu, it's vast! I haven't personally had any of the savory meals, but I'm sure I could find something I would like. And those with small children, it's a great place to bring the kids, because they have a decent sized playground on premise for the littles to run, jump, and play! So all in all, Sharky's truly is a place for the whole family. I highly recommend it.

Absolute trash if you want Kroger brand frozen burgers made by some kids that have never seen a grill before you’re in luck on the bright side you get a first full of extremely dry wedges with no ketchup or any sauce to help those spuds to be edible you will in fact be charged also don’t get me started on the pulled pork taste lake 3 day old microwaved leftovers and they want almost 15$ the unfortunate part about this cute little town chops is they forget their place and half the charm is not spending the same amount that I could literally go to a red robin for and get unlimited fries that you can eat with free sauce none the less at the very least ketchup ALSO they forgot to ask us about or give us the drinks in fact forget to put half my order in didn’t give me a receipt tried to charge me for the drinks AGAIN that I didn’t get and then refused me the half of the order they forgot I’ve literally never left a review before because I’m a pretty chill guy but everything about this place was utter trash all the way to the kids with the most attitude operating the window first guy was nice till he pretended like he didn’t see me struggling with an order he placed at the window knowing full well the items he put on the order all the way to the extremely rude girl who I went to to retrieve said items I would not recommend even for ice cream you’re paying the same as cold stone creamery prices this place is a big fat no

I love taking my kids here to get ice cream and let them play on the playground. They also have great fries
But drive through service is poor. Asking for a tip is an awkward step for a fast food drive through. Also, not having lids for ice cream ever when it’s rare you’d eat ice cream while driving so it then sits open in the car and melts everywhere. When you ask for a lid they scramble every time and act like they didn’t hear you so you don’t get one.

Kid-friendliness: Great place for the kiddos. They have several climb on jungle Jim play areas some with slides and swings. Our 2 year old loved it.
