You can tell when certain places are set apart from there contemporaries, and this is one of them.. you may say, hey its just a skyline, it's just really good cheese coneys and chili, but this skyline was great service, a clean and comfy and safe seating area, the only bad thing I could say is they switched from Pepsi to coke, and I'm not going go sit there and pretend like Mello Yello holds a candle to mtn dew

Was really busy but service was still prompt, friendly, and attentive. Food was out quickly and tasted great. The only reason it got 4 stars for atmosphere is because it was in tight proximity to other diners. Because it was so busy, it was noisy and the dining area wasn't spread out enough to have much elbow room.

It is spaghetti and Chilli, topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
I get the 4 way - which adds onions - and change my cheese out for habanero cheddar cheese. I also douse mine with hot sauce, but that could be a little extreme.
On a cold night, tucking into this steaming plate was divine. given that the restaurant was full with other diners many of us had the same thought.
service was fast... it is my preferential sit down fast food restaurant in Cincinnati

Got the wrong order twice. Second time we had to go up to the counter ourselves to get it fixed. The manager on the clock must have had an attitude issue because I, personally, can’t think of any reason to get frustrated with the customer for asking for what they ordered. When we went to check out she was blatantly rude to the young employee trying to assist us with a coupon that we had.
I eat here almost weekly. Always a great experience.

First visit to this location.our bill was incorrect and husband not happy with his coneys.HOWEVER,we were very pleased with management and solution.may have been our first visit but due to friendly manager we WILL be back!!

This is by far the most disappointing Skyline we have been to. We’ve tried many different things many different times just to give it a chance and every single time without fail we have had a bad experience. Our most recent order tonight was cold, incorrect, and just awful. If you’re looking for chili in this area, Gold Star and Empress are better options. I hate leaving a negative review but we’ve had too many bad experiences here.
