I had a bad experience with a different Snappy Tomato’s location like a decade ago and hadn’t had it since. Have never had any food from the Alexandria location and felt like giving it a shot last night.

Some of the best food I’ve ever gotten from a chain pizza place. I was legitimately shocked at how tasty it was when I bit into my calzone, because I wasn’t expecting much. Will be ordering again soon from yall!

Absolutely shameful preparation on the cinnabread we just got on the Valentines special. I certainly won’t be using this store for our at-home fun days anymore

I placed an order for spaghetti and an extra order of regular garlic bread. I came to pick it up and it was wrong, cheese garlic bread and only a couple of extra pieces in the spaghetti box. I had already paid so I had to wait probably another 5-6 minutes. Not a huge deal.

Another customer shows up and has to wait on his so the manager offers him a free 2 liter for his trouble.

When my order is ready, I ask this blonde haired girl that looks to be in high school if I can have a free bottle of soda due to my wait.

She gets ‘snappy’ with me and hastily shuts the box top to my food and says to me ‘well you got this free’ referring to the extra order of garlic bread. She was very rude for no reason.

I then just said refund my money and keep the food since you want to get lippy with me. The manager comes over, and to his credit apologized for her actions and refunded my money and insisted I keep the food. He was a nice guy, but he runs the store so he needs to get his people to display better customer service.

I usually come pickup at this location and even tip, plus have ordered delivery.

I am done with this location though, after having a young high school student mouth off to the customer. It’s not a good way to run a business. Do better.

The new owners of Snappy are great! The pizza is always delicious with lovey staff. I’d recommend checking out the website for monthly promotions they have running.The staff is always ready to help customers when needed and pizza is always hot and fresh!
