Snappy Tomato Pizza

Absolutely shameful preparation on the cinnabread we just got on the Valentines special. I certainly won’t be using this store for our at-home fun days anymore

I placed an order for spaghetti and an extra order of regular garlic bread. I came to pick it up and it was wrong, cheese garlic bread and only a couple of extra pieces in the spaghetti box. I had already paid so I had to wait probably another 5-6 minutes. Not a huge deal.

Another customer shows up and has to wait on his so the manager offers him a free 2 liter for his trouble.

When my order is ready, I ask this blonde haired girl that looks to be in high school if I can have a free bottle of soda due to my wait.

She gets ‘snappy’ with me and hastily shuts the box top to my food and says to me ‘well you got this free’ referring to the extra order of garlic bread. She was very rude for no reason.

I then just said refund my money and keep the food since you want to get lippy with me. The manager comes over, and to his credit apologized for her actions and refunded my money and insisted I keep the food. He was a nice guy, but he runs the store so he needs to get his people to display better customer service.

I usually come pickup at this location and even tip, plus have ordered delivery.

I am done with this location though, after having a young high school student mouth off to the customer. It’s not a good way to run a business. Do better.

The new owners of Snappy are great! The pizza is always delicious with lovey staff. I’d recommend checking out the website for monthly promotions they have running.The staff is always ready to help customers when needed and pizza is always hot and fresh!

Solid pizza. Proper amount of cheese and pepperoni, cooked just right. Sauce was decent and proportional - complimented the pizza without overpowering it. Only complaint is their crust is a bit dense/spongy, but still decent.I don't recommend the garlic bread at all - bland, no garlic flavor to be found. Basically slightly buttered poorly baked/cut french bread. Its mediocre with the sauce, but If you dump the garlic butter included with the pizza onto it its better, still not great though (never been a fan of that butter sauce nonsense but that bread needed something).Overall its a solid place if you aren't looking for fancy pizza. Staff was super nice.

I was there while passing thru on a bike trip from MI to FL in 2019. I Stealth Camped in the big woods nearby. I ordered a large meat lovers and ate the whole thing in my tent. I made a video about it, (Douglas Conlin on YT), but forgot to write a review until today. Sorry Snappy...but you got 5 Stars!

Recently, On 108 of 23.At at 2:20 PM II ordered.A large Naparoni with extra cheese and sauce.I was charged a total $23.77 period period when I got home. My pizza didn't have anything on it till I asked for I felt so humiliated to pay that much money and not even get extra pepperoni on the pizza, let alone cheese or sauce. I would like to report this person I am unhappy needless to say please respond to the anderson's in alexandria kentucky.

We received our order, what appears to be an actual ripped open garlic sauce all over our pizza.
