One of the worse locations in the area. Moldy ingredients and half the time they’re out of things. None of the employees even want to be there always outside talking or hanging smoking with friends

The lady that waited me on the drive thru was absolutely fabulous!!! Food was exactly as I ordered. And I could not have asked for better customer service and care!! I will definitely be making it a point to go to the Alexandria Pike Taco Bell for now!! Thank you so much Drive-thru Powerhouse customer service drive-thru lady!!!! 😉

Horrible service. We live closest to this location and since they tend to forget items in our orders or get them wrong, we usually actively DODGE this location in particular. Well, we decided to give it a chance again tonight and they messed up our order again — mind you, after my boyfriend placed it online following a 12 hour shift just wanting to get home and have some dinner, and it is not the first time this location has done this. On both occasions when we had an order issue, they ignore the first couple of calls you place and won’t answer until you spam call them. Once I got ahold of employee TARA this time, she didn’t seem remotely like she cared and when I stressed that I know a lot of teenagers work there but please check orders more carefully because this happens all the time at their location, she started saying “Ooookay, alright—“ before I told her thanks, to have a good day and ended the call. Corporate really needs to check this location. Gonna continue dodging this one like the plague.

The new chalupa tacos are 💥🤯. Things have come a long way since I was drinking nacho cheese from those little to go liquid cups (but I still do that)
Taco Bell is pretty expensive now. I think that’s a real downside to it. I mean it’s Taco Bell. I don’t go there for the food. I go there to not spend lots of money and eat melted cheese in a tortilla.

Did the cantina chicken bowl without rice since I'm doing keto. Was a bit disappointed that I only received maybe 5 small chunks of chicken, the rest was lettuce. Kicking myself in the but for not just going to Chipotle across the street. 8 bucks down the drain.

Every single time I come here after 10 PM they are for some reason “closed.” They are supposed to close at 1am But I’ve came as early as 930 and they told me they weren’t taking any more orders. It would be fine if this wasn’t an often occurrence but this has happened to me at least 5 times in the last 6 months.

Food was wrong. Then my Quesadilla was mainly sauce and only one piece had meat if can even say that. Crunch wrap was same no meat and gad barely any cheese. Then my chicken chalupa was made wrong all together. Would not recommend this taco bell at all 3 times been here and same way
