Lisa was just awesome. Very knowledgeable about varieties of grapes and how to grow and produce good wines. Spent almost 2hrs drinking, tasting, and chatting. TY
This is definitely a go-to winery! They are part of a newly formed Western KY Wine Trail. The owners are awesome, down-home folks! Lisa takes her time to explain the wine process and the work that goes into making their wines (hubby is the wine maker). They have a good variety to choose from - and a favorite of mine - Lemon Slice! The presentation of the tastings is one of the best I’ve experienced (and my hubby and me have experienced MANY places).

Carriage House Vineyards is a must-visit winery on the Western KY Wine Trail. The owners, Lisa and her husband, are welcoming and knowledgeable about their wine-making process. They offer a variety of wines, including the popular Lemon Slice. The presentation of tastings is top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations based on your taste preferences. The outdoor seating is charming, and the wine slushie is a must-try, tasting like a sweet pina colada. The wrap-around deck in the barn adds to the cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying wine in the fall weather.
