Cocktails were good, but terrible service. Would not go back. If you order the “dealers choice” you get what you get, but don't expect the staff to tell you anything about the cocktail.

Our server was great as were our drinks. However the host was as not very welcoming when we arrived- he pointed out that making our reservation within an hour of arriving was “risky as tables are very limited.” I would assume if there is an opening on OpenTable, then there would be an available table, which I'd why we booked it. When we got into the bar, there were several open tables but he insisted on putting us at the high top in the corner that he referred to as “not ideal.” Our drinks and everything else were great, but the host made us feel like an inconvenience so we only stayed for one round of cocktails.

This place is an interesting vibe. The appearance and the music do not match. The music should be a jazz, Frank Sinatra vibe to match the appearance of the place. But the music that plays is like 2010 Usher. It is a fun environment but this place attracts those in their late twenties, early thirties but the music doesn't match

Terribly slow service, understaffed maybe. Used to be a go-to for me, but this is twice in a row I've been disappointed in the service. Don't go if you're grabbing one drink before going elsewhere or you'll miss your next reservation. Even if you allow 2 hours leeway. The drinks are still good.

Always a great spot for some cocktails. The atmosphere is very intimate and the dealers choice is a fun and easy way to try some new profiles of drinks. Went with a group of friends and everyone was happy with the experience. Great option for a date or some drinks before going out.

We stopped in for one drink so we did not eat. Vine is nice and the drinks also. Way too loud to have any kind of conversation but I would go back for a drink or two.

They need more servers. Our server was completely overwhelmed as he had too many tables to attend to. Took unreasonably long for us to put in our orders and receive our drinks.

We made reservations because it was a larger group of us celebrating an engagement. It was raining and we walked from dinner. When we arrived, the host said they could not accommodate us. The host said he sent a message thru Open Table to cancel the reservation, except I never received any messages and still showed the active reservation on Open Tables. Not a big deal, but it was raining and we just wanted a nightcap to celebrate before heading separate ways. (People from out of state, staying at hotels, etc). There was a smaller table available and seats at the bar so we offered to split up as long as we could stay inside and have a drink. The host said no and was getting into a bit of an argument with a guy in our party. I asked to see the manager. The manager allowed us to split up and said if a bigger table became available he would let us know. We got seated, as we were looking at menus, had not ordered yet, the manager was able to get us a big table together just as we had originally reserved. It worked out fine in the end but the host seemed annoyed with us or maybe just embarrassed that he was wrong/the manager had to step in. Overall it was fine, we were able to sit together and enjoy drinks. Our server was very nice! Drinks took a bit of time but it was busy! I've been before and would go back again, I would recommend making reservations and be prepared to have a back up spot.

Went to the Berkshire Room for a night cap with family and friends after a show at Chicago Theater last Saturday. Drinks were on point and the service was exquisite. Chelsea took very good care of us and the GM, Alex, Visited us twice during our visit. This is an absolute gem of a cocktail bar. Highly recommend.
