I have been here many times and have had a great time! This time however the service was awful. We were seated right away but waited 25+ min for someone to even come to our table and then another 30 mins for 2 cocktails. There was only one bartender but there were no more than 15 people in the entire restaurant and they all already had drinks. Considering that the one server there was up talking with the host the entire time, we should not have had to wait that long for service. Will not be going back.

The Berkshire Room needs to have a Happy Hour to get customer into the door. Need healthier appetizer choices!

Stop then for after dinner drinks on our anniversary, met the bartender named Dan, cocktails were on point definitely a spot to always visit when wanting an amazing cocktail in the heart of Chicago definitely will be back.

Our server was great as were our drinks. However the host was as not very welcoming when we arrived- he pointed out that making our reservation within an hour of arriving was “risky as tables are very limited.” I would assume if there is an opening on OpenTable, then there would be an available table, which I'd why we booked it. When we got into the bar, there were several open tables but he insisted on putting us at the high top in the corner that he referred to as “not ideal.” Our drinks and everything else were great, but the host made us feel like an inconvenience so we only stayed for one round of cocktails.

This place is an interesting vibe. The appearance and the music do not match. The music should be a jazz, Frank Sinatra vibe to match the appearance of the place. But the music that plays is like 2010 Usher. It is a fun environment but this place attracts those in their late twenties, early thirties but the music doesn't match

Always a great spot for some cocktails. The atmosphere is very intimate and the dealers choice is a fun and easy way to try some new profiles of drinks. Went with a group of friends and everyone was happy with the experience. Great option for a date or some drinks before going out.
