Wheelchair accessibility: I need wheelchair ramps and accessibility for the disabled it's ridiculous that if you're in a wheelchair on crutches that you can't get a meal here

Was overcharged wanted a sausage biscuit twin pack they charged me for 2 sausage biscuits and charged me for a cup and the ice was free though employees were rude will never go

We walked in, and they took our order, but they acted like it was such a big deal to do so. We've eaten here before and was greeted with such wonderful people but the past time or two no. There were some tables that needed attention.
Came to the drive-thru a young woman answered me but it sounded like her headset wasn't working. Another woman jumped in and I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal. Came to $11 and change. Got my meal and left only to find there were only five chicken strips. Circled around back through the drive through to inform the young lady that I was missing a chicken strip and only had five. Instead of just giving me one in letting me go on my way she stated that she only charged me for a four-piece and demanded that I pay for the chicken strip that I wanted. Not that I mind paying, it's the principle of the matter. It's one chicken strip. You got your money, but you lost a customer. We're new to the area, so we'll be making sure we avoid Dairy Queen from now on.
