The food is good but we still at the counter for 20 minutes before they could come over there and and make me a milkshake 20 minutes from one milkshake..Wheelchair accessibility: I need wheelchair ramps and accessibility for the disabled it's ridiculous that if you're in a wheelchair on crutches that you can't get a meal here

Was overcharged wanted a sausage biscuit twin pack they charged me for 2 sausage biscuits and charged me for a cup and the ice was free though employees were rude will never go

We walked in, and they took our order, but they acted like it was such a big deal to do so. We've eaten here before and was greeted with such wonderful people but the past time or two no. There were some tables that needed attention.

Came to the drive-thru a young woman answered me but it sounded like her headset wasn't working. Another woman jumped in and I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal. Came to $11 and change. Got my meal and left only to find there were only five chicken strips. Circled around back through the drive through to inform the young lady that I was missing a chicken strip and only had five. Instead of just giving me one in letting me go on my way she stated that she only charged me for a four-piece and demanded that I pay for the chicken strip that I wanted. Not that I mind paying, it's the principle of the matter. It's one chicken strip. You got your money, but you lost a customer. We're new to the area, so we'll be making sure we avoid Dairy Queen from now on.

It took a minute to get someone to take my order, but when they did they apologized. I also tried a different blizzard than what I usually get. S'mores! It is now my favorite flavor.
Tonite I went thru the drive thru ordered onion rings and Oreo blizzard. Got to the window, did not “get” order for onion rings so no onion rings. Then I get home and have some kind of nasty blizzard I did NOT order. Had peanuts in it. Was not Oreo blizzard. Very pissed off.

Went to eat here with my grandmother and mom for lunch. It was very clean and the workers were friendly! The cleaner was working hard and the work environment seemed healthy! And of course the food was delicious!
