The burgers were cold , the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. The fries were also cold but not as cold as the burger, but definitely not fresh. Very unfortunate considering it's normally good and hot!
Usually good service but last 2 times I've gotten a blizzard they both were very soft, I used a straw for the shake (blizzard) and a spoon for the heath bar. But still, you can't beat a good ice cream
