Food was good but the people working just don’t know how to work fast food slow ash than you ask for your pop to be filled up bc the front is out they have to ask the manager like I didn’t just pay for them

Did an online order waiting 45 mins to get my order even went up half way through to ask was only offered a im sorry and given the food they had sitting since right after we walked in no offer to remake or anything .
food was cold soggy, and frankly quite gross this made me not want burger king for a long long time and has by far been one of the worst visits yet
It was 22+ for 2 meals with a 25% off from Walmart+ which is ridiculous to wait that long and cost that much

Horrible experience guy that was working is active Manager while I was here on Christmas Day was super rude to every customer that came in wouldn’t help anybody and would refuse to serve anyone in the restaurant was and wasn’t wearing gloves during the entire experience through the money food, all of it horrible argumentative hostile environment would not recommend horrible

I dinky is this good service
Went to order my food went up to the window and asked for a few ranch packets. She didn’t say anything and told me to pull up to the next window. Got my drinks and they told me to pull over next to the garbage bins. A worker (not the one that was with me came out) gave me my food and said “here’s your food. My coworker is having a really bad day next time don’t be rude when you come up”
I’m sorry but asking for more ranch is rude? I was respectful in every way possible but that ticked me off and I just went on about my day. If your workers are having a bad day maybe they should go home or either come out and tell me what I did that was rude. Not so great customer service I will be back for more chicken fries tho.
I had two mobile orders and I forgot to tell them before I got to the window. I just told them about the one which was just a kids meal. The second one was just a plain cheeseburger. There was nobody in line in front of me or behind me and they made me pull back around to tell them about the plain cheeseburger. that’s crazy So I drove around the building for nothing just to do a lap
Think the workers name was John, he was funny and gave us Smurf crowns. Thanks maybe John!

Every single time we come through this establishment, we never get our entire order, we always are served cold food, and the time it takes to recieve our order is outrageous. I highly recommend to anyone to find any other place to eat besides this joint. 1/5.

WORST. WAIT. TIMES. EVER!!! You can literally be the only person here and still waiting 20+ minutes. Only downfall here. Staff is super friendly though. Just so slow!

Drive thru service terrible. Got order entirely wrong and fried pickles are rubber. They had to have been cooked an hour ago! Not sure how you screw up a Whopper with cheese order??? Also, asked for extra napkins. They gave us three napkins and none were even in our bag, so no extra! WTH???
I need to add that after being asked to pull forward while they make my Whopper, I had to walk inside after almost 10 minutes to see what was going on. To further my disappointment, they had not even started on my burger yet. The staff seemed not to care.

From the time that I pulled into the drive thru, until I recieved my order, took 26 minutes. When I pulled in there were 2 vehicles in front of me. The guy in the truck in front of me was clearly as frustrated as I was, judging by the scowl on his face in his side mirror. Unfortunately, every trip to BK is the same. Someone who looks like they haven't bathed in a month, with hair so oily they're under threat of the government spreading freedom for the oil reserves, telling you how awesome you are before you sit for 20+ minutes and wait for a mildly warm burger with unmelted cheese.
