Every single time we come through this establishment, we never get our entire order, we always are served cold food, and the time it takes to recieve our order is outrageous. I highly recommend to anyone to find any other place to eat besides this joint. 1/5.

WORST. WAIT. TIMES. EVER!!! You can literally be the only person here and still waiting 20+ minutes. Only downfall here. Staff is super friendly though. Just so slow!

Drive thru service terrible. Got order entirely wrong and fried pickles are rubber. They had to have been cooked an hour ago! Not sure how you screw up a Whopper with cheese order??? Also, asked for extra napkins. They gave us three napkins and none were even in our bag, so no extra! WTH???

I need to add that after being asked to pull forward while they make my Whopper, I had to walk inside after almost 10 minutes to see what was going on. To further my disappointment, they had not even started on my burger yet. The staff seemed not to care.

From the time that I pulled into the drive thru, until I recieved my order, took 26 minutes. When I pulled in there were 2 vehicles in front of me. The guy in the truck in front of me was clearly as frustrated as I was, judging by the scowl on his face in his side mirror. Unfortunately, every trip to BK is the same. Someone who looks like they haven't bathed in a month, with hair so oily they're under threat of the government spreading freedom for the oil reserves, telling you how awesome you are before you sit for 20+ minutes and wait for a mildly warm burger with unmelted cheese.

I just want to say this place is all around terrible.Food sits too long before it's given to customers..bad attitudes.. customer at window can hear them inside at times and it's awful.
Nasty inside and no rhyme or reason to where things should be.

Almost every time I go to this restaurant’s drive through I have to wait for 5-10 minutes at the speaker and then they take 2-3 other people’s orders before me on the second speaker. People are constantly backing out and driving off from the drive through due to the slow service and wait. I have personally done this in the past. Also every time we pull up to the window there is 1 person working and running back and forth for both windows, grabbing the payment, food, and drinks. Also, the customer service as far as speaking is not the best.

What the hell is wrong with this franchise why are they continuously lacking service products speed productivity everything in a failure is this franchise in this location day after day week after week month after month year after year I don’t know why this place hasn’t closed. Somebody has deep pockets and that’s floating this location, it should not be in business. It’s a disgrace to Burger King. It’s a disgrace to the franchise. It’s a disgrace to the founders of Burger King. I don’t know how they live with themselves. The employees know that they are up against a terrible situation. They know their product sucked. They know they’re slow they know they have no help, turnover for employees are extremely high because of everything. I’ve just said profits are down because nobody goes there. They need to do something real quick.

I usually try not to give bad reviews but we just sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes while listening to people talk through the speakers. I asked them if they're open and they say yes, just to continue to ignore us again. definitely will not be going back as this isn't the first time we've had a negative experience here.
