they keep running out of bannanas

The girl at the drive through didn’t have the speaker turned on so she could hear customers talking and yelling because she never answered. Then got an attitude when I told her that I pulled forward because she wouldn’t answer me. Said she didn’t hear me so I couldn’t have been yelling to get her to get her attention. After I pulled up to the window it was 4 minutes before anyone opened the window and then say I was lying. Doesn’t seem the girl likes her job and if she is not happy with her job make she should find someone where she doesn’t have to be around the public. Got to Dairy Queen @ 5:58am and finally got our breakfast @ 6:34 am one person in front of us. No customers eating inside. Wont be returning. Should get a gift card for horrible service

DQ has been my go to for years! Used to take my kids all the time. You want to know how long? The photo below are DQ give away plates from either the 70's or 80's. Lol. They have been used and love all these years.

Ordered dinner for the family. After getting home, the backyard bacon ranch burger was missing everything except for the meat, bacon and cheese. The two crispy chicken salads was half full as well as the ranch cup provided for the salad.

I ordered a large brownie batter blizzard and a large cotton candy one. We got mediums in large cups and our blizzards weren't blended up. Mine turned into medium sized chocolate ice cream and a few pieces of cookie dough. They're too expensive to not get what u paid for.

Fast friendly and accurate

They ALWAYS forget my ranch and bbq, literally always… yes I’m salty ab it. It’s a simple ask :(

I ordered a chili dog and they were out of buns. They were snarky when I asked if they still did grilled cheese sandwiches. I ordered a meal deal. I pulled up to the window and paid. I received my meal and drink. I got a meal deal and they didn’t give it to me. They opened the window again and asked for money for payment and were trying to hand me more food. I said I was waiting on ice cream. That lady disappeared and another one came up and tried to give me more food and get me to pay for food that wasn’t mine. I again said I needed my blizzard. On the third time the window opened, they handed me out a very melted blizzard and didn’t tip it over like they should have (I get why they didn’t, because it was so melty. But why was it so hard to find if they already had it made?).

I'm a truck driver and I had the chance to get a quick bite to eat with my family before my next load (I live local) Bought our food which was a good experience but then went to get ice cream and waited 30 minutes and never received them. The kids there were too busy talking amongst themselves to actually do their jobs. 5 minutes after I ordered our ice cream a group of 4 teens came in and ordered ice cream as well and they immediately got theirs. I went to ask for a refund and was told they already made the ice cream but It must have been given to the wrong customer....my family was the only customers in the restaurant before the teens came in and there was no one in the drive through....the teen at the counter tried to say she couldn't issue a refund that she would just remake them but I explained I was already late getting back to work and just wanted the money back and leave....please correct this and at least put an adult there as a manager to help out instead of just having all high school kids on a shift

We went after a football game, employees were too busy to help, or take orders inside, guessing the manager was explaining to a friend what a funeral was (great discussion to have at the front counter) even though he was discussing that, he acted like he could careless the line inside was to the door, no one else would take orders at the counter. Finally after waiting close to 10 min to order we go to order and was told they were out if certain sodas, but they seemed to work when we went to get soda. Got our food, the gravy that came with the chicken baskets was basically the consistency of milk with pepper in it, it wasn't gravy at all. Fries were cold, play is being ran like a joke. Tried to get a lid for my drink they were out at the drink machine, the girls at the drive thru were way too busy with their friends in the drive thru to even be bothered.

Best place in town to get ice cream for sure. The food menu is really good as well.
