Waited 20 minutes just to be told that the ice cream machine is down. Something that could have been told to me at the menu instead of making me wait 20 minutes. Staff is always incredibly slow. Fries are garbage.

The ice cream was delicious. Only 4 stars because they were out of the cheesecake add ins I'd ordered, but they did replace it with more of the pumpkin pie pieces. The service was wonderful!

the ice cream would not unfreeze it was freezer burn and I Lindt a tooth eating it I also found metal in my chicken so overall not good

They didn’t put bananas in my milkshake plus they didn’t give my brother extra chocolate on his hot fudge Sunday and on my sister i laws they ultimate choco brownie blizzard they used vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate
