Had two bad experiences ordering on the app. One time the store closed early but the app still took my money. Then yesterday I ordered around 430pm and put my pick up time as 545pm. I get there at 550pm and they haven't even put it in the oven yet. Not sure if it's the store or the app but it's frustrating.
Kudos to Domino's. I called stating they forgot my garlic butter for my pizza. They said they were sorry and as soon as the driver got back they would bring it. Not only did the driver bring the butter, he also gave me a complimentary 2 liter of Diet Coke.
