Ive never had the disrespect service as I ve had three times with the same young female named Candace or something like that, she has a nose ring and blond, but I've had her three different times, first time she left the teas right in front on the counter and we couldn't even see her face, then expected all the customers including myself to hand her money around the tea containers, then had rude attitude towards even slammed our plate down and rolled her eyes towards my husband and I. Never have I ever had these happen I also used to be a training manager for these exact locations, so please understand I know what professional and what not, I mentioned it too another manager and figure what ever was wrong with her would be taken care of. I get it we all have bad days but other customers in the lobby was complaining about her as well and not to mention the lobby was nasty and not clean and their was three front workers, when she was ask to clean the tables and lobby she just barely wipe the table with one swipe and not even making effort to clean them. Now another time is when I came in with my kids she rolled her eyes and I'm still not understanding why she keeps being rude towards me but once again I over looked it. The last time was yesterday around 2:13 pm and I came through drive through now like I said I've worked here before and I understand during these time is ring out so I've always ordered something easy to make and to manually ring up so I got a hot ham and cheese with just a small sprite. Bc it gets crazy during ring out. I pulled to the window, and said hello and handed her my card as soon as I handed her my card she rolled her eyes, vary rude and didn't say anything but her rude face expression is ridiculous. It took everything I had to not want to take my drink and throw it at her. I believe after these I'm done with coming to Hardee's to eat. I get it fast food is not easy by no means like I've said I actually worked at this locations and Im really thinking about calling the owner and speaking to him. I wouldn't eat here at this point. Like I never seen anyone have an attitude at this location ever, in the past I e always had good experience I even help such as I can I've even wipe tables down when they are slamming bc I love christy and like I said before I've worked here. But never have I ever had such ridiculous attitude towards nothing, I still don't understand why she being these way. I get it, it may be her first job and she learning how to be professional but she got a lot of work to do if that how she thinks she needs to treat customers.

After setting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru window and still waiting for a ham sandwich and fries I remembered why I don't come to the Beaver Dam Kentucky Hardee's anymore this is more than pathetic I can't rate the food because I'm still sitting in the line waiting on it

Their breakfast is the best in the fast food chain. The beefsteak and add egg cheese is wonderful but their biscuit gravy the best fast food for breakfast 😋

I ordered a number 5 meal (bacon cheeseburger meal) to go. When I got home 30 minutes later and noticed the issue I called the store and told them I did not receive a bacon cheeseburger it was a different burger. I was basically called a liar. I WILL NOT order from that restaurant again.
