Will not be back. The lady named Shelby working the window, very unprofessional, very rude, and has a horrible attitude. She was very rude over the intercom, and bc of this she got my order wrong and I ended up having to order again and spend double the money. Had she been normal without the attitude rushing me to order when I had been there for not even 45 seconds maybe a minute she would have got my order right. Very unprofessional, and gives wendys a bad name. Id be ashamed to act like that and even more ashamed to employ someone like that.

I was the only customer at the drive thru. I ordered 3 frostys and a meal. The frostys came out first. I had to ask for a drink carrier. Then they gave me my drink without a straw and asked me to pull up for the rest of my order (sandwich meal). Took a very long time. My frostys were melting and all over the sides of the cups. They finally bring out my meal, and again no straw for my drink. Not a single other customer in sight. Won't be back.

Who is even still keeping this restaurant in business??? I feel like if it wasn’t so easily accessible to the parkway, it would be shut down. Last time we went, burgers were raw. Not many more options tonight so we tried again. They didn’t start our food until we got to the window. Fries were cold and old. Why would you not drop fresh fries if you’re just starting the burgers??? Done with them

We ordered a double cheeseburger no onion and a classic Asiago club meals. The burger was smothered in onions and they used a spice chicken patty on the classic. The Asiago chicken sandwich was inedible. The fries were cold and hard.

Bathroom is disgusting, water is leaking from ceiling into dining area
No service. Stood at counter in sight of employees calling out to them and getting totally ignored. Then I saw something I called the health department about, though it's probably already taken care of. Maybe just a night shift problem.

This is the second time in a short span that I have went to Wendy's to buy chili and they have been out of crackers...today was crackers and sour cream....might want to take crackers with you if you are gonna order chili...had to bring it home to eat
